When you watch Mitchell Marsh smashing sixes for the Lucknow Super Giants in IPL 2026, it’s easy to focus only on his bat and ball. But behind his success lies a quiet, deeply rooted love story with his wife, Greta Mack (now Marsh), a midwife and one of the strongest pillars in his life. Their journey—from long‑time girlfriend to wife and parents of a baby girl—feels less like a celebrity romance and more like the kind of real‑life fairy tale fans love rooting for.

How Mitchell Marsh and Greta Fell in Love

Mitchell Marsh first shared Greta publicly on social media around February 2020, introducing her to fans with a simple but heartfelt “Love love” caption. By then, they had already been dating for a while, building a connection far from the noise of international cricket.

Key milestones in their relationship:

Met through mutual friends in Western Australia; their bond grew slowly and naturally.
Got engaged on September 11, 2021, at the picturesque “The Farm Margaret River” in Gracetown—a location that later also hosted their wedding.
Married on April 10, 2023, in an intimate ceremony during IPL 2023, which even forced Marsh to miss a few Delhi Capitals (his former team) games.

Marriage, Baby, and Life Off‑Field

Milestone	Details
Wedding	Intimate, family‑only wedding at Gracetown, Southwest Australia; Marsh in a black tux, Greta in a flowing white gown.
Pregnancy & baby	Greta gave birth to their daughter Olive Marsh in November 2024; Marsh took paternity leave before the India‑Australia Test series.
Her profession	Greta works as a midwife at King Edward Memorial Hospital, Subiaco, Western Australia, after starting her career in digital marketing.
Public life	She prefers privacy, keeps social media locked, and appears mainly through family photos and Marsh’s occasional posts.

What Makes Their Story So Special

Unlike many high‑profile sports romances played out on Instagram feeds, Mitchell and Greta’s relationship stands out for its low‑key stability and mutual support.

Greta balances her own demanding career in healthcare while Marsh criss‑crosses continents between Test series, ODIs, and the IPL.
Marsh often credits her as his “pillar of strength,” especially during injury‑filled seasons and emotionally tough series.
Even as a Lucknow Super Giants star in IPL 2026, he still posts throwbacks to Greta and Olive—quiet reminders that home, not the stadium, is his real sanctuary.
