Here’s a list of Motorola’s upcoming smartphones for 2022

Tipster Evan Blass leaked details of upcoming Motorola smartphones, and now the tipster’s latest report indicates that there are other devices in the works as well that will be released this year. The smartphones feature the codenames Devon, Tundra, Maui, and Victoria.

Motorola’s Roadmap for 2022:

1. Motorola Devon:

The Moto Devon will be a G-Series smartphone that will arrive with a 6.49″ LCD FHD+ device with a refresh rate of 120Hz, a hole-punch setup on the front, it will be powered by the Snapdragon 680 chipset, and will arrive with 4GB/6GB RAM versions and 64GB/128GB internal storage options. It has a 16MP selfie shooter and a 50MP primary sensor along with an 8MP ultrawide angle lens.

The 5G version of the Devon is likely to debut towards the end of this year and it will feature a MediaTek chipset and have a 64MP+2MP dual camera setup. The remainder of the specifications is likely to remain the same as the 4G version. It will be released in the North America region in 2023.

2. Motorola Tundra:

The Tundra will be a smartphone under the Edge lineup with a primary inclination towards aesthetics and it is likely to launch in China in the 3rd quarter of this year. It arrives with a 6.55″ P-OLED FHD+ display with a refresh rate of 144Hz and a curved edge design.

The smartphone will be powered by a Snapdragon 888 Plus chipset that will be paired with 6GB/8GB/12GB LPDRR5 RAM versions and it will have 128GB/256GB of internal storage. In terms of battery life, we will see a 4,400mAh battery with support for fast charging. In the terms of optics, it has a 32MP selfie shooter and a triple camera setup on the rear with a 50MP+13MP+2MP lens.

3. Motorola Vaui and Motorola Victoria:

The Vaui is expected to be an entry-level smartphone that will arrive with an HD+ display, a MediaTek Helio G37 SoC with 3GB RAM, a 5MP selfie shooter, and a triple camera setup on the rear with a 16MP+2MP+2MP setup.

The Victoria on the other hand will be a high-end device with an FHD+ display, a brand new MediaTek MT6879 chip, and a 16MP selfie shooter, it will arrive with 6GB/8GB RAM versions, and in terms of optics, it will have a powerful 108MP primary lens while the 4GB RAM version will have a 48MP primary lens. Both SKUs will have an 8MP ultrawide lens and a 2MP macro lens.

4. Motorola Bronco and Motorola Canyon

The Bronco and Canyon are the codenames of the 2023 flagship devices of the brand which means that they are expected to be a part of the Edge 40 Series.
