April 10, 2026, is a date Red Velvet fans will remember for a long time. On today’s episode of Music Bank, Red Velvet’s Irene made history by claiming her very first music show win as a solo artist, and the K-pop community is absolutely buzzing.

Irene Wins With “Biggest Fan” — The Numbers

On the April 10 episode of Music Bank, the candidates for first place were BTS’s “SWIM” and Red Velvet’s Irene’s “Biggest Fan.” Irene ultimately took the prize with a total of 7,062 points, marking her very first music show win as a soloist.

Beating out BTS’s comeback track “SWIM” for the top spot is no small feat — and it speaks volumes about the strength of ReVeluv support and the song’s undeniable pull. “Biggest Fan” is living up to its name in every sense of the word.

This milestone makes Irene one of Red Velvet’s most celebrated members to add a solo win to her already impressive group discography.

Why This Win Means So Much?

For ReVeluvs, this is a long-awaited moment. Irene has been a cornerstone of Red Velvet since the group’s debut, but a solo win had eluded her until now. Seeing her stand on that stage for an encore performance of “Biggest Fan” — a song literally dedicated to her fans — is the kind of full-circle moment that K-pop lives for.
