What Happened — Full Breakdown
With Grady now dead, Owen has to come up with another plan to take down the Campanos or at least blackmail them to leave him and his family alone. He and Hannah head to the Houston shipyard where Owen had previously photographed suspicious containers linked to Teddy Campano. When they finally gain access to a container, they find no evidence of drug trafficking. Teddy has changed his system — the container has only toasters.
But Hannah refuses to give up. She met the man at the bar and pretended to be a curious journalist from The Atlantic who was keen on interviewing him — and in the meantime, she typed the container number they were after, discovering that it had been routed to Marseille.

Hannah and Owen take the information back to Nicholas, who agrees it seems suspicious and that Teddy might be trying to usurp his father. They have to go to Marseille.
Meanwhile, Bailey is on her own parallel investigation. Bailey increasingly revisits her memories and begins to see Quinn in place of her mother. When she confronts Quinn about Kate’s death, Quinn delivers a warning rather than an answer: knowing the truth will not change anything. That line alone hints that Bailey’s mother’s story is far darker than anyone has admitted.
By the end of the episode, Hannah and Owen decide to travel to Marseille, but the episode does not show the journey taking place — the scene focuses on the decision rather than the execution. That restraint is what makes it work — we leave on a cliff of momentum, not action.
