The latest video appeared to be an advertisement or promotional clip for the Google Pixel 8 series of smartphones and was posted by Twitter user EZ. 9to5 Google was the first to notice the new video. Take from that what you will, but the video doesn’t appear to be from a reliable source you would expect, but rather from what seems to be an anonymous burner account. A skateboarder can be seen skating in the 14-second portion of the video.
Google Pixel 8 series Audio Magic Eraser details
Despite its brief length, this video has a wealth of information, and it also showcases the Audio Magic Eraser, a brand-new function of the Google Pixel 8 smartphone.
There appears to be an audio magic eraser in the Google Photos video editor. A brief sound identification process is followed by sliders for “Noise,” “People,” and “Music.” In Google Photos, you may lower sound by dragging left or right, much like with other filters.
The only phone with Audio Magic Eraser” and “The only phone engineered by Google” are the taglines for this little movie, both of which are already in use.
The phone appears on screen in a blue color version, similar to what we first saw with the Pixel 7a, near the conclusion of the film in addition to the Audio Magic Eraser. It’s difficult to tell whether this color is the same as what we saw on the Pixel 7a or is a little darker due to the poor video quality.
For the time being, we’ll simply have to wait a little bit longer for the Google Pixel 8 series to launch, but from what we’ve already seen, it already appears to be rather interesting, thanks to its improved software capabilities and distinctive hardware as well.
