More style choices incoming! Google’s premium Pixel Buds Pro 2 are set to receive a stunning new “Moonstone” color variant, leaked ahead of the upcoming Pixel 10 series launch. This sleek light grey option promises to perfectly complement Google’s latest flagship smartphones.

What’s New: Moonstone Color Variant

According to reliable tipster Evan Blass, the Pixel Buds Pro 2 in a new Moonstone color option (Light Gray) has been spotted in official-looking renders. This fresh colorway joins the existing lineup and appears designed to match the upcoming Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL smartphones.

Why the New Color Matters

Google has a track record of releasing new Pixel Buds colors to complement their smartphone launches. The Pixel 6 had a Coral Pixel Buds Pro companion while the Pixel 7 series had Lemongrass, making the Moonstone variant a logical addition for the Pixel 10 series.

Same Premium Features, Fresh Look

The Moonstone Pixel Buds Pro 2 maintains all the flagship features that make these earbuds exceptional:

Tensor A1 Chip: Google’s high end Pixel Buds Pro 2 also brings Gemini AI assistant support for hand free access and Gemini Live functionality

Superior Battery Life: 8 hours of battery life with ANC enabled, and up to 30 hours of total battery life when paired with the charging case

Enhanced Comfort: 24% lighter and 27% smaller than the original Pixel Buds Pro with twist-to-adjust stabilizers

Expected Availability

While Google hasn’t officially announced the Moonstone variant, the timing suggests it will debut alongside the Pixel 10 series launch. We can expect this model to debut for the same price, which is around 229 US Dollars.

Additional Rumors: There’s also buzz about a “Sterling” color variant potentially coming to the Pixel Buds Pro 2 lineup, giving users even more customization options.

The Bottom Line

The Moonstone color addition reinforces Google’s commitment to offering stylish accessories that seamlessly integrate with their device ecosystem. For those waiting to upgrade their earbuds or wanting a fresh look to match their new Pixel 10, this light gray variant could be the perfect choice.

Ready for a style refresh? The Moonstone Pixel Buds Pro 2 should arrive soon, bringing the same premium audio experience in a sleek new package.
