Ghosted Movie: Chris Evans and Ana de Armas Joins for the Magnificent Romantic Action-Drama

Apple TV+ has dropped the trailer of the romantic comedy action-drama Ghosted movie. The action-comedy film has been dropped that has showcased such a delightful Chris Evans who has been a damsel to get some serious rescue from Ana de Armas’ master spy. The story of the movie is still kept under lock and key.

There are some details that had previously emerged on the film had said to be a high-concept romantic, action-adventure film. Early reports of the film in comparison to the 1980s classic Romancing the Stone have featured Kathleen Turner and Michael Douglas.

The new trailer has been teasing such an exciting and action-packed adventure like the smitten Evans, who has seemed to be quite fallen hard for De Armas. It has been concluded to be ‘ghosted’ as suddenly falling out of contact without explanation, for the elder states people who have read this news story. She has been determined to find out the reason.  In this context, her secret life as a super spy is certainly one way to explain her disappearance without a trace.

The film has been directed by Dexter Fletcher who is probably best known for his work on the two musical biopics of music legends Freddie Mercury and Elton John. After Bryan Singer was forced to quit, Fletcher took over as the uncredited director of the Oscar-Winning Mercury biopic Bohemian Rhapsody. The following year he directed Taron Egerton in Rocketman, a jukebox musical biopic about John.

The story of the film has been written by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick, who have already worked together for the 2009 horror comedy Zombieland, and in 2016 with Marvel and Fox’s Deadpool where their witty and sharp script brought to life Ryan Reynolds’ iconic Wade Wilson.

Now, this is the third time in recent years that Evans and De Armas have collaborated on following Knives Out, the Rian Johnson whodunit follows the mysterious death of a successful writer, and The Grey Man, from the Russo Brothers which also starred Ryan Gosling.

On joining Evans and Armas is Adrien Brody as Leveque, Mike Moh as Wagner, Tim Blake Nelson as Borislov, Marwan Kenzari as Marco, Anna Deavere Smith as Claudia Yates, Lizzie Broadway as Mattie, Mustafa Shakir as Monte Jackson, Tiya Sircar as Patti, Amy Sedaris, and Tate Donovan.
