The drama follows talented Korean chefs from around the world who gather for “The Table: K-Chef 2026,” a competition to find the best Korean chef. Our heroes are not chasing fame. They are trying to keep Famiglia, their restaurant, from closing after its owner chef’s dishonorable death.

For head chef Kang Han, Famiglia holds memories of his father. For owner Choi Song Yi, it is the restaurant her father spent his life building. That shared grief is what turns them into a team.

Why These Four Work Together?

Choi Song Yi refuses to let the restaurant die. She serves customers, washes dishes and preps ingredients, and she speaks her mind. She is the heart of the group.

Choi Doo Young has been cooking for only a year, but she is excellent at organizing ingredients and strict about hygiene. She keeps the kitchen running smoothly while assisting Kang Han.

Park Geon Woo is the experienced one. He holds a traditional Korean liquor sommelier certification and ran his own restaurant at 23. His focus and judgment fill the gaps in the team.

They have worked together only briefly, and the stills hint at how they learn to divide responsibilities and work in sync under pressure.
