Is the 89-rated Pepe FUT Captains SBC worth doing?

The 89-rated Pepe FUT Captains SBC is one of the best valued SBCs EA Sports have released in FIFA 22. The total cost of the SBC is just around 25,000-30,000 FUT coins. You can easily do the SBC just by not discarding the duplicate items in your club and putting them into the SBC. You may just have to buy a TOTW player or 2-3 players which will cost a very minimal amount.

Let’s look into the stats in detail:

The card has a high defensive work rate and a medium attacking work rate. It also has a 2* skill move and a 3* weak foot.

One of the main highlights of the 89-rated Pepe FUT Captains card is the 97 aggression, which will become 99 if you apply any chemistry style to increase its defending. The pace of this card is also decent. The defending and passing are also quite good.

Pepe plays in the Portuguese league, which can make it slightly difficult to link by the league. However, there are many great Portuguese players so you can easily link this card by country.

The 89-rated Pepe FUT Captains SBC is a must-do SBC. The market value for any 89-rated card in FIFA 22 is greater than 30,000 FUT coins. So, even if you wouldn’t play him in your team, you can just do this SBC to get the 89-rated card to put it into another SBC later on.
