[Exclusive] Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite to tag along with Mi 11 in Global launch

Xiaomi Mi 11 was launched last month with the powerful Snapdragon 888 SoC. The phone is a great hit as it packs the most powerful chipset and is also packed with some best cameras. Last week we confirmed that the Mi 11 will launch globally but the exact launch date has not been confirmed. Along with the Mi 11 global launch we also got some reports claiming that the Lite version of the Mi 11 series dubbed as Mi 11 Lite will launch soon. Today Gizmochina exclusively reported that Mi 11 Lite will tag along with the Mi 11 in the global launch.

Recently a YouTuber claimed that the Mi 11 Lite will carry the mid-range Snapdragon 732G chipset paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB internal memory. He also claimed that the phone’s display will have a flat IPS LCD of FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Further, he has also shared the images of the phone in the video where we can see a left-aligned punch-hole display, along with a thick chin, noticeable bezels on all sides, and a triple rear camera setup. The phone mostly resembles the Mi 11 series.

The triple rear-camera setup has a slightly different design than the original Mi 11. The main sensor will be 64MP while the other two are expected to be 8MP and 5MP. The 8MP unit will likely be for ultrawide photography while the 5MP is likely one of those depth sensing or macro sensors. There is no information shared about the front camera of the smartphone.

The YouTuber has also mentioned that the starting price of $350. This might be the Vietnamese price range he was talking about, so in that case, the global and regional prices will vary.
