El Clasico – Barcelona vs Real Madrid: Lineup and how to watch the La Liga match LIVE in India?

El Clasico – Barcelona vs Real Madrid: Few fixtures in world football carry the weight of El Clásico, and this weekend’s edition arrives with even more on the line than usual. Barcelona need just a point against Real Madrid to seal the La Liga title in the most emphatic way possible — and fittingly, this encounter will be the first to take place at the newly renovated Nou Camp. It’s a rare occasion in the history of this storied rivalry; in fact, only once before, all the way back in 1932, has a Clásico directly decided who lifts the league trophy.

Hansi Flick’s side head into the match brimming with confidence, even without the influential Lamine Yamal, who is sidelined with a hamstring injury. Barcelona have been virtually unstoppable on home turf this season, winning every single one of their 17 league games at home — a remarkable record that speaks for itself. A win on Sunday would also hand them 11 consecutive La Liga victories, something the club hasn’t managed in over a decade.

Real Madrid, by contrast, arrive in very different circumstances. It’s been a season to forget for Los Blancos — silverware is well out of reach, and reports of internal tensions have cast a shadow over the club. To make matters stranger, caretaker boss Álvaro Arbeloa steps into the dugout for what is almost certainly his one and only shot at managing an El Clásico. The contrast between the two sides couldn’t be starker, and Barcelona will be keen to make that count on the night.
