EA FC 27 Closed Beta Date Leaked: The football gaming calendar just got a whole lot more exciting. While the real world is in the grip of FIFA World Cup 2026 fever, EA Sports is quietly preparing to drop the next chapter of its flagship franchise. According to a fresh leak, the EA FC 27 Closed Beta is expected to launch on August 3, 2026 — and if you’re not already prepared, you might miss your shot.

The Leak That Has Every FIFA Fan Talking

The date comes courtesy of FIFAUTeam — one of the most reliable EA FC leaker accounts on X (formerly Twitter) — who posted on June 14, 2026, that the FC 27 Beta is scheduled to begin on August 3. EA Sports has not officially confirmed the date yet, but it aligns perfectly with the studio’s historical beta timeline for previous titles in the series.

If the leak holds, players are less than two months away from their first hands-on taste of EA FC 27.

What Will the Closed Beta Include?

Based on past EA FC beta structures, selected participants can expect early access to several core game modes. The usual suspects — Ultimate Team, Career Mode, Clubs, and Online Sessions — are all expected to be part of the testing window. Most excitingly, the rumoured Open-World Mode may make its debut appearance during the beta, giving players an early glimpse of what could be EA FC’s boldest gameplay innovation yet.

EA will be looking for detailed feedback on gameplay mechanics, player movement, and any bugs or issues — so being a beta tester is more responsibility than just an early play session.

How to Get an EA FC 27 Closed Beta Invite

This is where most players trip up — the closed beta is not open to everyone. Here’s how to maximise your chances of landing an invite:

Enable promotional emails in your EA account settings — this is the single most important step, as EA sends invites directly via email to eligible accounts.

If you participated in the EA FC 26 closed beta, your chances of receiving an FC 27 invite increase significantly, as EA prioritises returning testers.

Invites are distributed to a limited number of users across supported platforms, so there are no guarantees — but staying opted in is your best shot.

One important note: all beta participants are required to sign an NDA, meaning screenshots, videos, and gameplay details cannot be publicly shared during the testing period.
