Drishyam 3 Kerala Box Office: Mohanlal’s Crime Thriller Eyes ₹95 Crore Lifetime — Will It Miss the ₹100 Crore Dream?

The curtain is slowly coming down on Drishyam 3’s theatrical run in Kerala, and it’s been a journey worth reflecting on. The Mohanlal–Jeethu Joseph blockbuster has delivered big at the box office — but that coveted ₹100 crore milestone in Kerala? It’s starting to look just out of reach.

Where Does It Go From Here?

The film is expected to close its third week around ₹6–7 crore, taking its running cume to approximately ₹88 crore. A 4th weekend spike could push it past ₹90 crore, but based on current trends, Drishyam 3 is looking at a lifetime finish under ₹95 crore gross in Kerala — making the ₹100 crore dream unlikely

That said, let’s be honest — this is still a massive achievement. The Drishyam franchise has consistently proven it is one of Malayalam cinema’s most bankable properties, and the third chapter continues that legacy with pride.

The Bigger Picture — A Hit, Without Question

The movie has already emerged as a big success at the box office, even if it falls short of the ₹100 crore gross mark that early first-week numbers had made seem possible. An ₹11 crore opening day alone tells you how eagerly Kerala was waiting for this film.
