The Fight Just Got a Whole Lot Bigger

Season 1 saw Gun Woo and Woo Jin take down a predatory loan shark ring through sheer grit, loyalty, and bare-knuckle brutality. Season 2 picks up the story three years later — with Gun Woo now a celebrated boxing star — and immediately throws them into something far more dangerous.

Enter Baek Jeong (Rain), the cold, calculating force behind the global underground boxing organisation known as IKFC, where illegal betting runs into the billions. He makes Gun Woo an offer that most people in their position could never refuse: 10 billion won to fight him just once. Gun Woo says no. That decision changes everything.

The moment he refuses, Baek Jeong turns his full attention — and considerable power — toward destroying both Gun Woo and Woo Jin. Making things even more treacherous, old enemy In Beom (Tae Won Seok) has now come under Baek Jeong’s control, adding a deeply personal edge to an already vicious fight.

Brotherhood, Loyalty, and Controlled Rage

What has always made Bloodhounds special isn’t just the action choreography — it’s the emotional bond between its two leads. Their code is simple and unwavering: protect the family, no matter what it costs. That bond is front and centre in the trailer, anchoring every punch and every near-death moment with real emotional weight.

Rain, one of South Korea’s most iconic performers, makes for a genuinely compelling villain — charming on the surface, utterly ruthless underneath.
