Vivo is working on its next Apex model, and they are planning to showcase the concept of the new Apex in the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2020. The info comes from a leaked invite sent to the press, promoting the concept phone with the slogan “Empower the Next”.
The first Apex concept in early 2018 presented a nearly bezel-less phone with the first in-display fingerprint scanner which had a huge fan base for its looks and designs. Last year, the Apex 2019 had a fingerprint scanner that worked from anywhere within the display and a body without any holes. It was a seamless design as well, also said as the smartphones with no holes in its body.

This time also Vivo will definitely carry on the legacy of impressing the world with their new design and innovation through the Apex. Though this will be a concept device and can be much different from the one which will be finally launched. The next Apex from Vivo will be another technological wonder in the smartphone world. Barcelona has sacked their manager Ernesto Valverde and replaced him with the former Real Betis coach Quique Setién.
Valverde, who had been in charge since the summer of 2017, becomes the first manager at the club to be sacked mid-season since Louis van Gaal 17 years ago. He leaves with Barcelona through to the knockout phase of the Champions League as group winners and top of La Liga, which they have won for each of the last two years.
He had six months left on his contract, plus the option for another year after that. Setién has been given a two-and-a-half-year contract until June 2022.
After days of openly pursuing replacements, Valverde was finally informed of the club’s intentions on Monday evening. During that time Xavi Hernández and Ronald Koeman, both of whom had expressed their desire to coach the club in the future, turned down the opportunity to take over with immediate effect.
Despite his sacking being an open secret by then, Valverde took charge of the Monday morning training session as normal, as his team returned to work after three days off.
Valverde wrote, “Dear Barça fans, My time as FC Barcelona coach has come to an end. It has been an intense two and a half years right from the start. In that time I have enjoyed some joyful moments celebrating victories and trophies but also others that have been tough and difficult. However, above all, I would like to highlight my experience with the fans and the affection showed towards me during my time as a coach”. He is expected to return on Tuesday morning to say goodbye.
Barcelona had hoped and expected to announce the signing of Setién and the departure of Valverde earlier. Reporters outside the Camp Nou following the board meeting they had been told that a statement was expected shortly and that a press conference would be held by the president and the sporting director the following morning.

Valverde won two league titles and the Copa del Rey during his two years in charge but there was criticism of the way his side played and second-leg Champions League defeats at Roma and Liverpool when three-goal first-leg leads were lost in calamitous fashion, weighed heavily. No one fought for him to continue.
Indeed, it surprised many when Valverde signed a new contract last February and when he continued beyond the summer but at that point, he enjoyed the backing of the president.
For Setién, there is excitement. Aged 61, this is the job he most covets. A former coach of Las Palmas and Real Betis, Setién led the latter to a stunning 4-3 victory at the Camp Nou in which his team were judged to have ‘out-Barcelona’ Barcelona.
The former Spain international is committed to a style based on possession and technique, a professed admirer of Sergio Busquets and Lionel Messi, and once said he would have cut off his finger to play for Johan Cruyff.
Mohun Bagan maintained their position at the top of the I-League table 2019-20 standings with a 1-1 draw against hosts Punjab FC here on Tuesday.
Bagan now has 14 points from seven games while Punjab moves one place up to second with 11 points from eight.
The visitors’ Spanish coach Kibu Vicuna named an unchanged starting line-up from their previous solitary goal victory against the Indian Arrows.

We already have seen the foldable Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Fold, Intel has also shown the Horseshoe Bend concept which gives birth to the foldable Windows 10 PCs over the next few years.
Intel’s Horseshoe Bend concept features a massive 17.3-inch AMOLED foldable touch display with 4:3 aspect ratio when it’s unfolded. This massive display gives the users immersive PC experiences on the move and when the display is folded, it shrinks down to 12-inches.
Intel has embedded a kickstand like the Microsoft Surface on the rear end this allows you to prop up the foldable display easily. The Horseshoe Bend has a 7mm-thick chassis with just 9W TDP and lacks any kind of cooling which is quite possible because of the optimizations made by Intel on its own product.
The blue team’s new Tiger Lake architecture succedes its current Ice lake architecture and will ship in laptops later in 2020. The prototype shown was running on the standard Windows 10 OS but we can expect to ship with the more optimized OS i.e the Windows 10X later this year.

Federico Valverde won the MVP while Thibaut Courtois produced a world-class performance as Zidane continues his perfect record in the finals.
Real Madrid have beaten Atletico Madrid by 4-1 in penalties on Sunday at the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah. They won their 11th Supercopa de Espana trophy when Ramos tucked home the winning penalty.
The most important play of the match came in the 115th minute during the second half of extra-time. Real Madrid had a freekick inside Atletico’s half. But Atletico was quick to defend and then go for a counter-attack.
Alvaro Morato found himself through on goal as he found just Courtois between him and the goal. Madrid midfielder Valverde attempted for a last-minute match-saving tactical foul on Morato outside the penalty box. He was sent off for hacking down Alvaro Morata and denying a goalscoring opportunity.
The match went to extra time where Courtois proved to be the hero. But it was Valverde’s quick thinking and his unselfish red card for the team which took the match to the penalties. He was named as the MVP of the Supercopa de Espana final.
Zidane said: “He [Valverde] was given the man of the match and I’m happy for him because he did a great job. I’m sure that he wants to share it with his team-mates. He did what he had to do, he made a crude foul but he did it well. And in the end, the important thing is that he’s apologised to Alvaro.”
Simeone said: “The MVP award for Fede Valverde was for the red card because he won the game. The most important play of the game was this action of Valverde. That play deprived us of a chance to score a goal that would probably decide the game. It was the most important play and I told him not to worry, that anyone would do the same in that position. I would do it.”
Valverde told the media: “I apologise to Alvaro Morata. I know it’s not good what I did, but I didn’t have any other option.”
He further added: “I’m very happy. It’s something you train for, you work for, you fight for, to have good results. Things are working out well. I’m getting minutes on the pitch, playing, the team is winning. It’s fantastic. I’m enjoying every minute of my life, an amazing time.
“As well as winning titles with the team, I am also going to become a father. So many positive things are happening and I’m trying my best to enjoy them.”
Real Madrid goalkeeper Courtois saved Thomas Partey’s penalty to give Madrid an added advantage after Saul missed the first penalty for Atletico Madrid. Kieran Tripper scored the only goal for Atletico while Carvajal, Rodrygo, Modric and Ramos all converted from the spot for Madrid.
Real Madrid president Perez heaped praise on Courtois: “We brought [Courtois] here because we believe that he’s the best goalkeeper in the world, and he has been. He was one of the key players in the victory.”
Courtois said: “I reviewed the penalties on the bench. Saul surprised me a little, but Thomas I knew clearly. He shot it very hard and very strong. I am very happy for another zero goals conceded and with good stops. This is very important.”
“We are very happy. It was a hard-fought match against Atletico. Their style of play is waiting for an error from the other team. They could have taken advantage of that a few times. I managed to save some, Fede stopped one. I think I could stop Alvaro by coming out, but he got away and Fede made the tackle. We took advantage of that well and we were the more confident team in the penalty shootout.”
