A few days back Asus’s upcoming ROG Phone III got the recent Wi-Fi certification which hints the launch of the gaming device is nearing rapidly. It will be the successor of the ROG Phone II which made a very bold mark in the gaming smartphone segment.

A new report from, Taiwanese media Commercial Times, claims that Aus is going to launch two new flagship-level smartphones at the starting of Q3 or in the month of July. It is anticipated that Zenfone 7 and ROG Phone III will be launched alongside at the same time in this event.
The previous Zenfone was a massive hit in the market for the power it was delivering, but it’s been a long time the phone has got any update. The stock android UI is light and easy to use. The ROG Phone II was a perfect gaming device at that time and like the Zenfone 6 it has also got any updates for a long time.
During the time of launch the Zenfone 6 was a perfect mid-range smartphone and the ROG Phone II was the top of the line gaming device.
LaLiga will probably return next month and teams including Barcelona are now in phase 3 of training where players are training in groups of 10. All things seems positive and if it goes well then football in Spain will return soon but behind closed doors.
Barca’s new boss Quique Setien has implemented a lot of changes in his squad, more trainings, dynamism and a new start to the squad which was once under-utilized in the time of Ernesto Valverde.
During his recent interview with beIN Sports, he opened about Neymar, Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez trio which was once deemed as one of the most fierce attacking trios ever.
The 61-year-old Spaniard also spoke about Barca skipper’s recent comments about the Champions League and did offer an update on Suarez’s fitness after his knee surgery that kept him out of the pitch for quite some time and also addressed to all the Neymar rumours. Here’s what he spoke:
Setien on Messi: “Messi’s statement? I think it has generated a lot of debate. We are convinced that we can win the Champions League. Some things need to be improved, but we are certainly convinced that the team has the potential to win the Champions League.”
Setien on Suarez“He is not fully recovered, but I think he is in good shape and has been working with the group for a few days. We note that he lacks some confidence and level. When we start playing, we will see his preparation.”
Setien on Neymar“I would certainly be very happy to be able to train Neymar. Absolutely. He is a player of an exceptional level, no one can question that.”

Setien on Lautaro Martinez“We are all clear that there are four or five footballers who play in that position that are extraordinary and that any of them are likely to be at FC Barcelona. In reference to this player, he is a player who can be very good in this team as well as others who may be at his level.”
According to his words, Setien remains optimistic of the squad and has well answered to all rumours surrounded the transfer and the current Barca squad.
The Chinese smartphone maker has been making its own chips for quite some time now and has made huge progress in last few years. Using the latest tech in its chips is what Huawei wants to beat its rivals including Apple and Samsung.
While their Kirin 980 and 990 might be promising but falls apart when compared to the latest Qualcomm chips. Recently it launched its Kirin 820 SoC for mid-range smartphones with 5G capabilities, and to add to Huawei’s trouble, MediaTek is making some impressive smartphone SoCs as well with 5G capabilities, posing threat to Qualcomm as well.
In this scenario, like Apple, Huawei is thinking about 5nm node and if rumours seem to be trusted then Huawei’s upcoming Kirin 1020 codenamed Baltimore will give 50% better performance than Kirin 990 which is impressive.
Well, after the harsh US trade ban, Huawei’s supply chain cooperation is under serious threat because its sole wafer foundry TSMC is being pressurised with orders from a lot of companies including Apple, AMD, NVIDIA and others. However, TSMC won’t deny its second-largest customer and is set to make more money.
Earlier reports from mydrivers suggest that TSMC urgently accepted Huawei’s order of up to 700 million US dollars that will be shipped before the ban takes effect in mid-September which mainly involves 7nm and 5nm process nodes. However, it is reported that it will not be 7nm and 5nm processes as TSMC’s 7nm process is already full.
According to mydrivers, Huawei will be receiving 5nm and 12nm process nodes and TSMC’s 5nm capacity utilization rate is about 50%. This suggest Huawei will be utilizing the 5nm node for its Kirin 1020 SoC which is inturn designed for the Mate 40 series.
This new 5nm process has about 25,000 wafers and if the price is $15,000 per wafer then the order value is accounted for a huge $375 million. On the other hand, the other 12nm process orders are for the 5G base stations, while the 7nm process used for Kirin 990 and Kirin 980 may encounter some supply issues.
If TSMC delivers the 5nm process nodes as promised then by the second half of 2020 Huawei will be able to deliver the Kirin 1020 SoCs which will be used for the first time on the Huawei Mate 40 series flagship smartphones, a good move to compete against Apple’s iPhone 12 series.
Being spotted recently on 3DMark and found in some leaks earlier, Xiaomi was supposed to bring new RedmiBook laptops with AMD Ryzen 4000 mobile processors. Now the presence of the RedmiBook 16 with a 16.1-inch display along with Renoir APUs seems confirmed.
Alongside the Redmi 10X series, Xiaomi will officially be launching three laptops: RedmiBook 13, 14S and 16 with new 7nm AMD processors on May 26th. The Chinese giant has also been boasting about the capabilities of the upcoming RedmiBook 16 on Weibo.
As per the posters, the RedmiBook 16 will feature a big 16.1-inch display with 90% screen-to-body ratio and 3.26 mm thick bezels on three sides of the display which makes it easier to fit a 16.1-inch screen in a 15-inch body. Also, another poster confirms the fact that the display will come with a 100% sRGB wide colour gamut.
The RedmiBook has a lot of similarity to the recently launched Honor MagicBook Pro 2020 with the same 16.1-inch display, 90% screen-to-body ratio and covers 100% sRGB coverage. But it features the costlier Intel CPUs with up to Core i7-10510U CPU & NVIDIA GeForce MX350 discrete GPU.
Xiaomi’s approach of going with the cost-efficient and powerful AMD Ryzen 4000 mobile APUs makes much more sense as it delivers superior performance both on the CPU as well as GPU front. It almost demolishes every 10th Gen CPU out there coming at a significantly lower price point and the iGPU even beats NVIDIA’s laptop GPUs by a considerable margin.
As per the latest 3DMark listings, the RedmiBook 16 will give to APUs to choose from i.e. the 6-core AMD Ryzen 5 4500U and 8-core AMD the Ryzen 7 4700U. Having just 15W TDP and the energy efficiency of the Zen 2 cores we can expect longer battery life than ever before.
The RedmiBook 16 will also give 16 GB of RAM which will give enough headroom for iGPU to allocate VRAM and it also features 512 GB of Samsung’s PM881 SSD storage. According to the Jingdong page, the laptop will be available for sale at 13:59 Chinese Time on May 26th.
LaLiga has been suspended since March due to the Coronavirus pandemic. But things are starting to look brighter now. They are following the footsteps of Bundesliga, which became the first major football league to resume the season on 16th May.
LaLiga is hoping to resume the 2019-20 season on 12th June. The clubs have returned to training and have been allowed to train in groups, recently.
Real Madrid have been the better side this season, winning the El Clasico. But unfortunately, they slipped up the lead and Barcelona sit on top of the table with a 2-point lead before the season was halted by Coronavirus.
Real Madrid teenage sensation Vinicius Jr told Marca when asked if Real Madrid were better than Barcelona in the two El Clasico’s this season: “I’ve watched the games again and I think so. I think we were better than them in more aspects. We’ve had very good games until now and we have to recover our best form.”
“We’re really hungry to come back, to win, and we want to win this league title for our fans. People have suffered a lot and we want to give Real Madrid fans something to cheer about in this situation.”
“We know that winning the league isn’t going to be a solution for big tragedies, but it would be something to smile about, something to be happy about.”
Vinicius further added: “The result against [Real] Betis [2-1 loss] was a great shame. Now, we have a mission we can’t fail. We can’t fail and we’re not going to fail. We may have only returned [to training] 11 days ago, but everyone’s rhythm looks good.”
“We’ve still got lots of group work to do because we can’t do it yet, but all my team-mates are very strong and very well. There’s still quite a bit of work left to do, but we’re feeling good.”
There are still 11 matches remaining in the 2019-20 season and Real Madrid would hope to outscore Barcelona to lift the LaLiga title for their fans.
Real Madrid also lost 2-1 to Manchester City at the Santiago Bernabeu in the first leg of their Champions League last-16 tie. The second leg has been postponed due to the Coronavirus pandemic. The Champions League is hoping to return in August.
Vinicius said: “If the Champions League returns, it will be great news not only for football but for the world. Being able to play games in other countries will be a very positive sign because we’ll be closer to normality.”
“The result of the first leg [against Manchester City] was bad, but we’re Real Madrid. Our obligation is to prepare ourselves well and, if this game comes, when everything is over, every Real Madrid fan can say: they gave everything, we’re proud.”

Premier League is hoping to follow the footsteps of Bundesliga, which became the first major football league to resume its 2019-20 season. Premier League has put ‘Project Restart’ into action and hope to resume in early June.
The clubs have returned to training in small groups earlier this week. But some players have denied returning to training due to fears surrounding the Coronavirus pandemic. Chelsea’s N’Golo Kante and Watford’s Troy Deeney are the two high-profile players who have so far refused to return to training. If the players are unwilling to return then it can be hard to finish the Premier League, though their fears can be understood.
Premier League chief executive Richard Masters told BBC Sport: “Curtailment is still a possibility and so what would happen in that environment is something we are yet to discuss with our clubs.”
“We’ve done everything we possibly can to make a return to training as safe as possible for you and therefore for you and your family. We’ve put in place testing programmes and all of the different protocols in order to protect you and your livelihood, and we think it’s safe to return.”
“We have to respect those players that take a decision not to return to training, that is their prerogative. I think I would [have trained]. I’ve listened to all the arguments, I’ve been in the meetings, I’ve talked to the medical advisers, and I would be comfortable to do so.”
Even if the Premier League is successful in resuming the season, the matches will be played behind closed doors. Masters said: “We’re speaking to broadcasters and clubs at the moment about what the Premier League’s going to look like on television.”
“We’ve seen the Bundesliga last weekend. I think we’ll take a slightly different approach to it, so you may see some new things happening, but we’ll announce those things when we’re ready.”
Liverpool almost has one hand on the trophy with a 25-point lead at the top of the table. They just need two wins from the remaining nine matchdays to lift the Premier League trophy to end their 30-years long wait for the trophy. It would be unfair not to award them the Premier League title, even if the season can’t be finished.

A lot of information about the Vivo X50 series has been revealed from several leaks surfacing from the past few days. The Vivo X50 series will feature the Samsung ISOCELL GN1 sensor with the advantage of a gimbal-like image stabilization system, that actually stabilizes the image acting like a gimble. The launch is also set on June 1.
The new promo video showed the camera quality and image resolutions of the X50 series smartphones in a very brilliant way. The main camera of Vivo X50 Pro features the Samsung ISOCELL GN1 sensor and in this video it shows the super zoom capability as well as the image stabilization with the gimble mechanism.
The above video shows the zooming capability of the X50 Pro which is a 60X hybrid zooming feature especially for the device with all the necessary image stabilizations. The rear camera formation in both the devices is different from each other. The vanilla version of the series X50 will also come with a dedicated telephoto lens and gimble image-stabilization.
A Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station had revealed in his Weibo post that the X50 series will come with 90Hz displays and the X50 Pro’s periscope unit will have a 48MP sensor. The X50 will come with a 2.5D screen while the one on the Pro will offer a more dramatic curved effect. Both the devices will have a punch-hole cutout design. From the front it will look more like the One Plus 8 series.
As the launch date is on June 1 so we can be sure of more details to be revealed about this device in the coming times.
The e-commerce giant who has left its mark in every sector including entertainment, cloud services, tech products, payment solutions and lot more plans to enter the ever-growing food delivery service in India.
The top local players in this sector, Swiggy and Zomato are coping up with their losses by reducing their workforce significantly, while Uber Eats made its way out of India after a short promising presence.
Well, this food delivery service plan has been in the mind of the company for quite some time now. It originally planned to launch the service last year which was pushed to March and was postponed further after the nation-wide lockdown that started in the same month.

Amazon Food will be working in select parts of Banglore as it previously began testing its food delivery service with select restaurant partners in Bangalore itself with employees earlier in 2020.
“Customers have been telling us for some time that they would like to order prepared meals on Amazon in addition to shopping for all other essentials. This is particularly relevant in present times as they stay home safe,” said an Amazon spokesperson to TechCrunch.
“We also recognize that local businesses need all the help they can get. We are launching Amazon Food in select Bangalore pin codes allowing customers to order from handpicked local restaurants and cloud kitchens that pass our high hygiene certification bar. We are adhering to the highest standards of safety to ensure our customers remain safe while having a delightful experience.”
Amazon’s food delivery service gives customers with the freedom to order food from both local restaurants as well as cloud kitchens. Amazon has made hygiene it’s utmost priority and has built its own hygiene certification bar.
The eCommerce giant wants to convince it’s customers that the food delivered from its partners adheres to “the highest standards of safety.” It will be challenging for Amazon to gain customer trust in this pandemic situation and ultimately expanding its service all over India.
Obviously it will have to face a clash against Swiggy and Zomato in this league and make customers lure towards its food delivery platform. On the other hand, Zomato and Swiggy are diversifying their platform by selling grocery and delivering alcohol in India.
Google has been implementing dark mode throughout the Android UI and into all of its apps as well. Both the Google App and Google Assistant still lacked dark mode support which recently has been updated.
Now both of the apps support dark theme on both Android and iOS. The change has occurred on the server-side and does not require any updates from Google Play Store or the App Store.
In addition to this, the dark theme will be synced automatically if the system theme is already set to dark mode. The dark theme looks great as it converts the white UI elements to black and dark grey ones.
There’s also the option to switch between light and dark mode from the Google App settings. This new dark theme option is already been started and soon more users can experience it in the coming week.
While this feature has been restricted to Android 10 devices, some of the Android 9 users have also reported that the Dark Mode option is also available on their devices as well.
These days, Android TVs are very common and one thing that used to annoy me the most was that we couldn’t play music on the TV in the background. Google’s built-in Chromecast feature is a boon to the Android TV OS which makes things much easier.
So, there’s a new update lineup up to the Chromecast feature that will allow background audio streaming. According to 9to5Google, you will be able to play music on your TV from any streaming services like Spotify or YouTube Music and play it background unlike previously when the TV stuck on the app’s screen.
via 9to5Google
While the music runs in the background you can do anything on the TV like scrolling YouTube, Netflix or just watching your pictures on your TV listening to your favourite music-controlled directly through your phone.
This feature was available with Spotify app for Android TV but this feature built into Chromecast will help for other apps as well. During such playback in the background, Android TV offers you with two quick controls i.e. Open and Stop, also displaying the track’s album art, title, and artist.
The Open button takes you back to the original app while the Stop button naturally, ends the playback of your media. The music keeps playing until another media is started from any another app on your Android TV and varies from app to app.
The feature is already available on your Android TV while you received the last update. To use this background audio streaming feature you might need to update the Chromecast built-in beta program to use it.
