Irfan Pathan proposes a farewell match between the retired players and the current Indian team

Former swingy left-arm pacer of Indian cricket team on Saturday suggested a charity cum farewell cricket match between former legendary Indian players and the current team. After hearing the news, fans became very enthusiastic that they can enjoy their nostalgia through this game, where there will be an interesting combination of old and new at the same time. Officials are trying to put some light on this unique decision by Pathan.

Irfan Pathan has also picked a retired playing XI for this match. Though it is not officially confirmed, the playing XI is expected to be like this: Gautam Gambhir, Virender Sehwag, Rahul Dravid, VVS Laxman, Yuvraj Singh, Suresh Raina, MS Dhoni, Irfan Pathan, Ajit Agarkar, Zaheer Khan, and Pragyan Ojha. You can expect that the current Indian team will surely have a tough fight.

“Many people are talking about a farewell game for retired players who didn’t get a proper send-off from the game. How about a charity cum farewell game from a team consisting of retired players vs the current Indian team,” Pathan tweeted.

After retiring Dhoni on August 15, every cricket fan wants a farewell match for him. Not only Dhoni but also most of the players who have before him did not get a proper send-off from the game. Regarding this matter of Dhoni, Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren had urged the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) to host a farewell match for former skipper Dhoni.

Irfan Pathan also added that BCCI should allow the retired players from India to feature in foreign T-20 leagues, such as Big Bash or CPL. This is also good thinking from the former pacer.

Irfan Pathan was also retired from all formats of cricket in earlier January 2020. He was an exceptional all-rounder who was mainly famous for his swingy bowling. He had an important role in the 2007 T20 World Cup. He is one of the three bowlers who has a Test match hat-trick for India and he was the first in the world to claim it in the first over. He was a fine batsman too. He ended his international career after scoring 2,821 runs with a one century and 11 half-centuries.

Upcoming NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3000 GPUs price leaked

Finally, we have some price rumors of the upcoming NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3000 series GPUs that are scheduled to be launched on September 1st. However, like all other leaks, do note this with a pinch of salt.

As Tweaktown reports, the presence of RTX 3090 GPU is confirmed with a whopping price of $1399. It’s kind of expected with it’s rumored specs of 12/24GB GDDR6X high-speed memory. The GPU will be comprised of 5248 CUDA cores or 82 SMs i.e. there will be a 20% increase in cores over the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti, with a base clock of 1410MHz and boost of up to 1740MHz.

The upcoming RTX 3080 with shall cost about $799. It will feature the same 4352 CUDA cores as the RTX 2080 Ti has and that will be arranged in a total of 68 SMs.

For the mid-range RTX 3070, with should cost $599. On the other hand, the GeForce RTX 3060, which is rumored to launch later in November this year, will be priced at $399.

Overall, if the proving is in about this range especially except the RTX 3090, and then if there is a significant improvement in specs, the price is justified. Also, it will be interesting to see if Jensen Huang with his leather jacket announces the Founders Edition as well or not on 1st September.

Sandesh Jhingan wins the prestigious Arjuna Award

Indian national team defender Sandesh Jhingan has come a long way. He is now the mainstay of the Indian defence. He is one of the most coveted Indian defenders.

His 2019-20 season was disrupted by injury but when he is fit, he adds value to any club with his defensive traits and the leadership he provides on the field.

Sandesh Jhingan won the Emerging Player of the League in the inaugural season of the Indian Super League in 2014. He has now been awarded the prestigious Arjuna award. He will be handed the prize on 29th August.

Arjuna Awards are given to honour excellence in sports by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports in India.

Jhingan has made 76 appearances for Kerala Blasters across the six seasons of ISL. He has established himself not only as a firm fan-favourite but also as a leader in the dressing room. He has now left Kerala Blasters and almost every ISL clubs want him but reportedly ATK Mohun Bagan FC leads the line.

Indian football legend Sukhwinder Singh will also be honoured with the Dhyan Chand Award at the National Sports Awards 2020.

Sukhwinder Singh has served as the Indian senior national team and the U-23 team coach. He becomes the third footballer to be awarded the Dhyan Chand Award. He has won the SAFF Championship with the senior team in 1998 and with the youth side in 2009.

The live images shared by leaksters gives a clear view of the rear flip camera module that contains three cameras.

Previously we have seen Asus Zenfone 6 series had the world’s first flip camera mechanism with the dual-camera setup. Now its successor is again going to make a record with a flip camera mechanism containing three camera modules. This will also be the world’s first smartphone to have triple-front camera for selfie purpose and video calling.

We know pretty much all the specs of the smartphone along with the price of its pro version. From the kernel code, it can be decoded that the Asus Zenfone 7 with model number  ZS670KS, uses the Snapdragon 865 chip and it is clear because it has the FastConnect 6800 instead of the 6900 found in the Plus version of the chipset. Now, further reports suggest that the Pro version of the series will have the Plus version of the chipset.

Tipster Roland suggests that the Asus Zenfone 7 Pro will come with Snapdragon 865 Plus, up to 8GB RAM, and 256GB storage. The phone will be powered with a 5000mAh battery. He mentions that the 8GB RAM variant will be priced at €549 while the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage version will be available for €499.

Microsoft has focused on the main things which are most visited in a Xbox: home, guide and store. They have revamped all of these to make it simpler and quicker. They have maximized the horsepower of the Xbox so that it can maximize performance of the games.

Another thing on which they have focused is the Xbox gaming community. Playing games with friends is always special and you want to share some awesome game clips. So now they have added a new feature. When you capture on your console it is directly sent to your phone so that you can share it instantly.

Indian Super League (ISL) has gained massive popularity since it’s inception in 2014. It has a global audience and has become the fourth most engaging football league on Instagram recently.

Many international stars like Roberto Carlos, Marco Materazzi and Luis Figo among many others have come to the ISL and played in India. It is quickly becoming a league which international stars are preferring to play toward the end of their careers.

The latest rumour is about Portugal international Ricardo Quaresma. Turkish Super Lig club Kasimpasa announced on Wednesday that Quaresma has left the Istanbul club. He is a free agent now and he is reportedly interested to come to India. He is in talks with several ISL clubs.

Ricardo Quaresma has played for top European clubs. He started his career with Sporting CP and then joined Barcelona. But after a low one-year in Spain, he went to Porto and had a good four-year time, winning 3 league titles.

The 36-year-old has also played for Inter Milan and won the Serie A and Champions League but was loaned out to Chelsea. He later signed for Besiktas and won the league title 2 times. He last played for Turkish club Kasimpasa and is now a free agent.

The major achievement of his career is winning the European Championship in 2016. He played alongside Cristiano Ronaldo.

Among all the ISL clubs, Hyderabad FC who are revamping the club and has also signed a partnership with Borussia Dortmund are reportedly ahead in line to get the Portuguese’s signature. But even if he is interested in signing for an ISL club, the main problem will be his salary.

ISL needs to remove the salary cap so that the ISL clubs can also spend big and bring in some international stars and further increase the overall quality of ISL.

There is no official information about the price of X7 Ultra and Realme’s Chinese VP has already announced that X7 series devices are not the successors of the X2 or X3 series of the company. Lots of details about those smartphones are yet to be announced. In the upcoming days, we can hope for more official information from the company. From the past couple of years, Apple is providing some real powerful smartphones with a good processor, camera, and security. Apple is willing to use a cheaper battery design to reduce its manufacturing cost of iPhone 12.

According to the latest report by analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, Apple wants to make comparatively cheaper iPhones in the upcoming years. Because after adding a 5G network feature, the manufacturing cost will be really high. If we take data from the suppliers we can see that adding sub-6 5G support to the iPhone costs up to $85 (roughly Rs. 5,600 to Rs. 6,300), while adding mm-wave could end up as much as $135 (roughly Rs. 9,300 to Rs. 10,100).

Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo said that Apple was putting “higher bargaining pressure” on its suppliers. By which, customers can get iPhone 12 at a slightly cheaper price (30% to 40%) than the iPhone 11 series. The company is trying to offset a costly upgrade to 5G. However, for using a cheaper battery design, this can hurt the business of the battery board suppliers. Another issue may arise in this series which will be battery consumption. Apple iPhones do not stand strong in the case of battery life. In that matter, it will be a challenge for the company to use a cheaper battery design in the iPhone 12 series. But the company is giving the assurance that cheaper battery design won’t affect the end user’s experience.

According to Kuo, this change will not only be done in batteries but also in AirPods to reduce the cost of the gadget. Now we are using the second-generation AirPods, but in the series of iPhone 12, we can expect the third generation AirPods technology. These battery cells in the third generation AirPods will reduce the initial unit cost of the phone.

Apple is expected to launch the iPhone 12 series this autumn. But regarding the current situation, reports suggest that the launch may be delayed from September to October.

LG launches K31 in the US, as an entry-level K series phone, the phone will sell for $150 (11,239.40 Indian Rupee) in the US and is coming to all major carriers and their subsidiaries. But the international availability of the phone is not confirmed by the officials.

LG K31 was launched on 21st August 2020. The phone has launched with notched display and thick bezels all around.
