‘Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War’ new trailer revealed

After a previous teaser release, Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War gets its first cinematic trailer released by Activision and Treyarch. It is set to release on November 13 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. It will be a direct sequel to Black Ops 1.

 The game will feature some characters from earlier Black Ops games like Frank Woods, and an astonishing new character starring in the series is the actual President Ronald Reagan.

In the teaser released earlier this week, it featured footage regarding real-time Soviet defector Yuri Bezmenov who claims in the footage that a soviet spy code-named “Perseus” has infiltrated the Western intelligence agencies so that he can stanch the efforts and form an obstacle for the United States Of America during the nuclear armament race in the ’70s and whose identity was never discovered.

In this new trailer, a discussion is going on about the codename “Perseus,” an assumed KGB spy. The new character Russell Adler states that the spy will shift the balance of the Cold War unless and until the plot is stopped. During the discussion of the legitimacy of the mission arises, Frank Woods protests by saying that “Every mission we go on is illegal,”. He also states that a lot of innocent people will perish if they don’t stop Perseus.

 After all these discussions Ronald Regan, the featuring president enters the meeting room and states that “We’re talking about preventing an attack on the free men and women of the world. Give Mr. Adler whatever he wants,” and concludes the meeting by stating “Gentleman, you’ve been given a great task: protecting our very way of life from a great evil. There is no higher duty, there is no higher honor, and while few people will know of your struggles, rest assured the entire free world will benefit. I know you won’t fail us.”

The trailer has received a big thumbs-up by the gaming community after its release. The game will also release in Play Station 5 And Xbox One X after these console gets released. New leak tells the Samsung Exynos 1000 will not feature AMD graphics

People have been quite excited about Samsung’s upcoming flagship Exynos 1000 chipset that will power a lot of phones in 2021. Now, already we knew the chip would be based out of 5nm process and will use ARM’s new Cortex-X architecture.

The exciting thing about the chip was obviously the inclusion of the AMD Radeon graphics, the first in the industry. Also, AMD made public about it as well and we had leaked as well suggesting AMD graphics is indeed in development alongside Samsung’s mobile chip.

Brought you in attention by Notebookcheck, who points out that the tipster Ice Universe’s info where the tipster says the Exynos 1000 will not be featuring a GPU made by AMD. Also, Notebookcheck assured the reliability of Ice Universe in terms of Samsung-specific information, so as for now this leak can be trusted.

However, as the tipster points out that the Samsung Exynos 1000 will continue using with ARM’s Mali graphics, and come equipped with G78 cores. On the other hand, Samsung’s flagship SoC with custom AMD GPU cores will be scheduled for 2022.

So, overall, until now, the promise that we had with Exynos 1000 is somewhat disappointing especially when we know the GPU will not stack up to the Snapdragon 875. Although you could expect some gains because of the Cortex-X1 cores and not to forget, the 5nm process will make these chips much more efficient than before.

Nintendo Switch: A new upgraded model will launch in 2021

Nintendo may release an upgraded version of the Switch in 2021 according to a report.

Nintendo Switch was released in 2017. Since then it has received a positive response from all its users. In 2019, the company released a more toned-down version of the Switch, called the Nintendo Switch Lite.

Now, a Taipei-based newspaper Economic Daily News claimed that the new Switch would enter production later this year, with a launch planned for Q1 2021. It seems Nintendo Switch will be getting an upgrade.

Just like Sony is releasing PlayStation 5 and Microsoft is launching Xbox Series X, Nintendo is also planning to release the upgraded version of Nintendo Switch in 2021.

According to the publication, the new Switch model will feature upgraded “interactivity” and improved display quality. The report cites various hardware manufacturers responsible for the Switch’s Flash storage, Joy-Con controllers and more.

Citing sources from the related supply chain, Taiwanese website DigiTimes reported in January that new Switch hardware would enter mass production in the first quarter of this year and launch soon after.

The Wall Street Journal also claimed in 2019 that Nintendo was planning a more powerful Nintendo Switch hardware revision, with “enhanced features targeted at avid gamers.”

In April 2020, a Nintendo Switch firmware update reportedly referenced a new, unannounced hardware model. According to an engineer, the console’s Ver. 10.0.0 firmware refers to a new “nx-abcd” hardware model. The software already references codenames for the launch model Switch, Switch Lite, and the 2019 update featuring improved battery life.

Earlier this year, Japan-based Kantan Games analyst Dr Serkan Toto predicted in a GI.biz article that an upgraded ‘Switch Pro’ would launch in the near future.

He said: “There is absolutely no doubt in my mind. More specifically, I predict 4K support, bigger cartridge sizes, and of course beefed-up components.”

But due to the Coronavirus pandemic, all the plans for hardware upgrade have been disrupted. After a brief hiatus, Nintendo resumed shipping Switch consoles in Japan in April. There has been a surge in demand for the hardware in recent months.

In the three months ending 30th June, Nintendo Switch hardware sold 5.5million units in the quarter. The year-on-year sales increased by a massive 160%.

Nintendo Switch was launched in March 2017 and has sold around 61 million units as of June 30, 2020.

The new Nintendo Switch which will release in 2021 would most probably cost around $399 and would rival the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.

Thomas Muller was adjudged as the Man of the Match for his brilliant display. The German has now revealed one of the reasons why Barcelona lost in the Champions League. He has taken a swipe at the attitude of the Barcelona players.

Muller said Barcelona looked overly relaxed ahead of the 8-2 defeat to Bayern Munich. He felt that his side were better prepared and had more appetite ahead of the game.

Muller also gave his thoughts on the possible departure of Leo Messi. He said: “Messi is one of the best players on the planet, also in the last 100 years. A change may be interesting for the world of football, except for Barcelona fans.”

“Nobody is critical of this. On the contrary, I am curious to see what his new path would bring.”

Muller also joked about trying to get Messi to sign for the Bavarians. He added: “I’ve talked to our CFO a couple of times and I don’t think we can do anything about it.”

OnePlus Clover might be the new budget phone with a price tag of $200

Previously we assumed that OnePlus may launch their mid-range phone under Rs. 18,000. Now it is reported that “OnePlus Clover” might soon launch, this news is reported by a tipster named Mukul Sharma on his Twitter account. OnePlus only launched its flagship models earlier, but the 1st mid-range model from OnePlus was OnePlus Nord, which was launch last month with a price tag of Rs. 24,999.

The OnePlus Clover sounds identical to the OnePlus Nord spotted on a benchmark website with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 660 SoC. According to the source, the new upcoming phone may be launched at the end of September. This new phone is reported to be even cheaper than OnePlus Nord and according to Android Central, the phone will be priced at $200(approximately Rs.14,644.65). Some key specifications of OnePlus Clover are leaked by the tipster Mukul Sharma reveals that the phone offers a triple rear camera on the back, good storage capacity, good battery life, and last but not least the assurance of OnePlus.

The Nvidia Shield TV started getting its 25th software update which is the 8.2 version. If you own one, here is what you will get.

Earlier, the ability of the AI upscaler was limited to HD resolution with 30fps refresh rate. After the update, it can now work on anything from 360p resolution to 1440p resolution and can be extended up to 2160p (4K UHD).

Besides that, users can enjoy live sports and HD YouTube videos at 60fps. Through a Nvidia Game app update, that will start releasing in September, the company will also provide the support of a 60fps refresh rate at 4K resolution.

Messi has taken a shocking decision off late about his exit from Barcelona. It all started on Monday when his lawyers sent a burofax to the club stating to activate his ‘free transfer clause’ which has totally shaken the club and the fans across the globe.

The Argentine, who had promised to never leave the club, is now determined to leave Camp Nou because he had had enough from Bartomeu and the board associated with it. Now, there are speculations on whether he will leave for free and how the decision will be affected by the clause that he has with the club.

According to a report by Onefootball, The Athletic on Friday published a report which contains insights from two Spanish legal experts into whether the Argentine superstar really could walk away from Camp Nou for nothing.

Messi had a clause in his Barcelona contract that allowed him to leave at the end of the season but that expired on June 10, so his ‘free clause’ ends technically. However, like what happened with other transfers, FIFA had to extend due to the anomaly in timings due to the COVID-19, so it may happen that he could be allowed to leave for free.

Sports lawyer Francisco Dominguez has been quoted as saying: “The clause in the contract is June 10 and the end of the season contractually is June 30, when contracts usually end, marking the end of the season.”

“This, therefore, means a 20-day period before the ‘end’ of the season. Therefore, we know he has notified the club too late, according to the original date, by withdrawing from his contract in August.”

According to the report, if Barcelona goes into a legal battle with Messi, the three possible outcomes in the worst-case scenario of Messi losing the case will be:

  • The six-time Ballon d’Or winner banned from football for six months
  • Messi and his new club being jointly liable for the €700m penalty
  • His new club being issued with a two-window transfer ban

That’s based on Article 17 of Fifa’s transfer regulations which state that:

  • “If a professional is required to pay compensation, the professional and his new club shall be jointly and severally liable for its payment.”
  • “Sporting sanctions shall also be imposed on any player found to be in breach of contract during the protected period. This sanction shall be a four-month restriction on playing in official matches. In the case of aggravating circumstances, the restriction shall last six months.”
  • “Sporting sanctions shall be imposed on any club found to be in breach of contract or found to be inducing a breach of contract during the protected period.”
  • “The club shall be banned from registering any new players, either nationally or internationally, for two entire and consecutive registration periods.”

Even if Lionel Messi walks away for free now, he may face a lengthy legal battle in the future whose outcomes don’t sound good. So it’s better for everybody that Messi and his new club sit down with Barcelona and agree on a transfer fee.

Premier League club Manchester City looks to be the most likely destination for the Argentine. City are ready to hand out a transfer fee if Barcelona wants a deal. It is reported that they have €300m for transfers this summer and they have already started calculating how they can afford the little magician.
