Bournemouth have appointed Gary O’Neil as their new head coach to replace Scott Parker permanently. The 39-year-old has signed a contract until 2024, and will be leading the team for the future as they look towards a change.
O’Neil was in charge of the team for 12 games as their caretaker manager. And in that time, they have won, drawn and lost four games each. Right now, they are 14th in the table with 16 points from 15 games.
Bournemouth appoint Gary O’Neil as permanent head coach
The Cherries were in contact with former Leeds United manager Marcelo Bielsa as well. But, they decided that Gary O’Neil was the right man for the job for the long-term.
Bournemouth chief executive Neill Blake said: “Gary did an excellent job on an interim basis and the board are delighted to make his position as head coach permanent.
Gary O’Neil has agreed a permanent contract that will be valid until June 2024 — he’s gonna be Bournemouth head coach. 🚨🍒 #Bournemouth
“We have been impressed with the way he has conducted himself from the moment he joined the club and feel he has earned this opportunity to continue to take the team and the club forward.
“Gary has worked tirelessly and diligently on the training pitch and the players have responded by producing some excellent performances and results.
“It was evident from the reception he received from our supporters following the Premier League win against Everton that they have also appreciated his efforts and we are all looking forward to continuing our working relationship with him.”
The Black Friday Foundations Pack is one of a few unique extras coming to FIFA 23. The bundle delivers a special collection of additions to the game and follows all the Black Friday additions that EA Sports has made since last night.
EA Sports frequently includes special packs to mark the debut of advertisements and seasonal content. Among other content, launch-day special packs for the FUT World Cup mode included FIFA World Cup players. The Black Friday Foundations Pack follows a similar path while including unique products not found in normal packs.
credit: futbin
Here’s what players will receive from opening the pack:
1 FUT World Cup Swap Token1 TOTW player rated 83 or higher.
The card will be a random one from those released between TOTW 1 – TOTW 9 squad
12 Rare Gold Players10 FIFA World Cup Player Picks between 2 options.
1 out of 3 FUT World Cup Icon pick loan for seven games
None of the content may be traded and must be used by FIFA 23 players as either fodder or in their squads.
Additionally, they can use FIFA World Cup products to fulfill certain tasks that need for playing cards from particular nations.
Here’s what the associated odds of the pack are:
Gold 75+ cards – 100%Gold 82+ cards – 100%Gold 86+ cards – 38% Team of the Week cards – 100% Road to the FIFA World Cup cards – 1.7%
With greater overall cards substantially reducing numbers, the odds are at best average. A World Cup Icon cannot be obtained through the Black Friday Foundations Pack, either. The only one a FIFA 23 player will receive is a loan for seven games.

The benefits themselves are not anything to talk about. Even worse, if the cards aren’t good enough, they must be utilized as fodder because none of them are tradeable.
Most of this fodder will be low-rated and accessible on the FUT market for reasonable prices given the odds of the pack. Even while the Black Friday Foundations Pack is not as expensive as the Black Friday 100 pack, it still costs 75,000 FUT coins, which is a lot.
Lionel Messi’s future remains up in the air, amidst rumours that he is closer than ever to signing for Inter Miami. If the Argentine makes the move to the MLS, he would become the highest-paid player in the history of the league.
But there is nothing confirmed as of yet, as he continues to remain focused on the World Cup with Argentina. His entourage maintains that the final decision on his future will be made only after the tournament is done.
Lionel Messi yet to commit to club future amidst World Cup buzz
Lionel Messi and Inter Miami are nearing a deal to make the Argentine the highest-paid player in MLS history, per @TimesSport
He would join David Beckham's side following the conclusion of the European season 🌴 pic.twitter.com/A348dt7JvX
The veteran helped his country earn their first win at the 2022 World Cup, with a man of the match performance against Mexico. His current deal with Paris Saint-Germain runs out at the end of the season, and the French giants are interested in renewing his contract.
However, his former club, Barcelona, have also hinted at a return for their most iconic player of all-time. The club will have to sort out their finances and offload a number of players to make room for Messi, if he wishes to return.
On the other hand, Inter Miami will be a brand new challenge for Lionel Messi. He already has a house in the city, which would help in relocation. But, that would also mean that he no longer competes at the top level.

Disney + Hotstar is definitely one of the top OTT platforms in 2022. The Malayalam star Mohanlal’s film ‘Monster‘ is now going to release on Disney + Hotstar. After the theatrical release, the film has for a huge response from the audience. There is talk of a fake investigation, a missing husband and child, and a mystery man.
The trailer of Vysakh’s latest directorial Monster builds up the tempo and introduces the audience to the said mystery man in style, and with a sprinkle of Punjabi accent: A turban-clad man Lucky Singh, played by none other than Mohanlal.
The almost two-minute trailer of the Malayalam thriller basically plays out to set the stage for what looks like hide-and-seek between the cops and Mohanlal’s Lucky Singh. The Monster trailer keeps its card close, never revealing too much of the plot and just teasing the audience about its world.
Though chaotic and uneven, the trailer finds a firm footing when Mohanlal enters the frame. The star looks intense as a Sardar but his opening Punjabi dialogue ‘Hey puttar, mere naal chal’ (Hey son, come with me) sounds ridiculously laughable.
Monster is directed by Vysakh, who helmed Mohanlal’s hit movie Pulimurugan. Uday Krishna has written the screenplay of the movie. Krishna had also written the script of Pulimurugan. Monster is produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner of Aashirvad Cinemas.
Monster: Cast
Monster also stars Sidhique, Manchu Lakshmi, Honey Rose, Sudev Nair, Ganesh Kumar, Lena. The film’s release date is not out yet. This year, Mohanlal has starred in films like the comedy-drama Bro Daddy, actioner Aaraattu and 12th Man, which premiered on Disney+ Hotstar.
Monster: Release Date
The Malayalam film has set to release on Disney + Hotstar on 2nbd December 2022.
Morocco shocked Belgium in their World Cup group stage meeting with a 2-0 win over the Red Devils. The African side headed into the game having gone nine hours without a goal conceded. And they were able to extend their tally further with a clean sheet against Belgium.
Belgium, on the other hand, have lost their record of winning eight straight group stage games. And now, they will need a win in their final game of the group against Croatia to secure qualification to the last 16.
Second half substitutions for Morocco helped tilt the odds in their favour. The first half saw Belgium have the majority of the ball, but they struggled to create very meaningful chances. And in the end, Morocco had less possession but earned all three points.
Roman Saiss scored the opener for Morocco, after Abdelhamid Sabiri produced an identical free-kick to Hakim Ziyech in the first half. This time, though, it wasn’t ruled out for offside.
Ziyech then provided the assist for Zakaria Aboukhlal to double their lead late in the game. Now, they have a great chance of progressing into the last 16 with a decent result against Canada in their final game.
