Apple just started its new Apple Central World, a retail store, in Thailand on the last day of July. It’s the second and the largest retail store in that area. Besides that, there are a few more characteristics.
Apple Central World is build up with the first-ever all-glass design, under a cantilevered Tree Canopy roof. There are two levels, the customers can travel between them via a spiral staircase and it wraps around the timber core. Otherwise, the customers or the employees can use the unique cylindrical elevator.
Entry gates are placed on both floors. The entrance of the first floor is connected with the Skytrain and City’s largest shopping center. The outdoor plaza is the perfect place for community gathering, with benches and large Terminalia trees.
This store has opened on this 31 July at 10 am local time, and 13 employees are there to open and run the retail. The hygiene and safety measures are also maintaining as the global pandemic is still running. The measures include temperature checking at the time of entry, social distancing, and asking to wear a mask. Other than that, the visitors need to take an appointment before reaching out to the store, and that only possible through Apple’s website.
