Unchartered is an upcoming American action-adventure film. It is directed by Ruben Fleischer and the screenplay was done by Rafe Judkins, Art Marcum, and Matt Holloway. The film is all set to launch something new for the screens. This film is an adaptation of the hit PlayStation game named unchartered which was created by Naughty Dog. The film is produced by Columbia Pictures, Playstation Productions, Atlas Entertainment, and Arad Productions.
The film is coming after Sony has tried so much to make a movie for over a decade. Now finally, we have some proof that it does exist while its first trailer has been released.
While speaking with the British GQ, Holland has shared his feelings and said about the role, by giving some hints that he has some excitement to be starred along with Wahlberg.
Holland said, “As soon as you start worrying about ‘Do I look good in this shot?’ acting becomes something other than playing a character”.
“I think there are elements of my performance in ‘Uncharted’ where I kind of fell under that spell of being ‘I want to look good now. I want this to be my cool moment.’ I had to play this very tough, very stoic guy – to basically be Mark Wahlberg.”
Cast
The film Unchartered stars Tom Holland as Nathan Drake, Mark Wahlberg as his mentor Victor Sullivan. Sophia Ali, Tati Gabrielle, and Antonio Banderas will be playing the supporting roles in the film.
Tom Holland and Mark Wahlberg will feature as a pair of globetrotters who will be going in search of treasure.
