[Exclusive] ASUS Zenfone 8 “Mini” forya and its specifications

We have already shared the news of the ASUS Zenfone 8 series smartphones including two smartphones alleged ASUS Zenfone 8 and ASUS Zenfone 8 Flip. The vanilla version was supposed to be the Mini version in the series as it will have notable inferior features than the Flip model. Today tipster, Mukul Sharma has shared some exclusive information about the upcoming “Mini” version. As per the tipster the codename for the smartphone is ‘forya’.

Display: It will have a 5.9-inch Full HD+ Samsung E4 AMOLED with 120Hz refresh rate. The display will be protected with a Corning Gorilla Glass Victus screen featuring an under-display fingerprint scanner.

Rear camera: It seems to have a triple rear camera setup featuring a 64MP IMX686 primary sensor, a 12MP wide-angle, and a macro lens. EIS on both cameras, 8K and 4K slow-mo at 120fps.

Front camera: It will have a EIS enabled 12MP sensor at the front.

Processor: As we all know the series will come with the top-of-the-line Snapdragon 888 SoC.

Storage: It will come with upto 16GB RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage

UI: ZenUI 8 on Android 11

Battery: 4000mah

Fast Charging: 30W

Dimensions: 148 x 68.5 x 8.9mm

Weight: 169g
