Vivo is all set to announce the X Fold on the 11th of April, there is pretty much sufficient information from leaks and rumors for us to know what to expect. In addition to already available information, more renders of the Vivo X Fold have surfaced along with its pricing.
The Vivo X Fold is expected to be priced at CNY 11,999 or 1,43,300 INR for the base variant and CNY 12,999 or 1,55,000 INR for the top-end model. The information comes from a blurry image from a slide of a briefing presentation.
In comparison to the X Fold, the Galaxy Z Fold3 officially retails for CNY 14,000 or 1,66,915 INR in China for the 12GB+512GB version. Vivo appears to have priced the X Fold relatively lower than Samsung.
The Vivo X Fold will arrive in Grey, Blue, and Black color variants. The press render of the device has appeared via tipster Ishan Agarwal and MySmartPrice.
The Vivo X Fold is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen1 chip with a 4,600mAh battery with 66W wired charging and 50W wireless charging support. It features 120Hz displays, a 6.53″ FHD+ outer display that is curved, and an 8.0″ inner folding display. In the optics department, the Vivo X Fold is set to arrive with a 50MP 1/1.57″ primary sensor, a 48MP ultra-wide sensor, a 12MP portrait sensor, and a 5MP periscope zoom lens.
