Samsung is tipped to be prepping for the launch of its next tablet Galaxy Tab A8 2021 in the market. Some days ago a report has revealed its CAD renders. Ahead of its confirmation, the tablet’s high-resolution design renders and alleged specifications have surfaced online. The development comes from 91Mobiles (Yogesh Brar).
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 2021 specs include a TFT display with support for Full HD resolution at 1200 pixels. The Tab A8 2021 tablet might be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset. It may well be launched alongside the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE smartphone in October. Here’s what we know so far
Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 2021 Specs
The Galaxy Tab A8 2021 is tipped to feature a 10.4-inch TFT display panel. The screen will support Full-HD resolution and we expect it to have a standard refresh rate. As mentioned above, the tablet could be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC. However, the exact chipset remains unknown. It could be paired with either 3GB or 4GB of RAM, depending on the price.
Galaxy Tab A8 2021 could have up to 128GB of expandable storage with an option to use a microSD card slot for storage expansion. The Tab A8 2021 is said to have a 3.5mm headphone jack and a USB Type-C port at the bottom. Plus, it might come with a side-facing fingerprint sensor for authentication.
As per the renders, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 has a traditional rectangular form factor and the display is surrounded by thick bezels. The volume rockers and fingerprint scanner are present on the right, and the back panel carries the Samsung logo and a single camera.
Samsung is yet to confirm the launch date and availability of the tablet. Going by the renders and previous pricing of Samsung tablets, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A8 2021 price in India could be around ₹20,000. Furthermore, the LTE variant is tipped to be priced around ₹22,000.
