Moto G50 5G codenamed ‘Saipan’ surfaces with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner

Motorola introduced the Moto G50 5G that was codenamed ‘Ibiza’ in March, and the latest leak reveals that the company will announce one more G50 5G, that is codenamed as ‘Saipan.’

Reputed tipster Evan Blass, posted a few renders of the new Moto G50 5G and also revealed that the smartphone will pack a teardrop notch display and will sport a triple-camera setup with a 48MP primary sensor on the rear. The lens are arranged in an inverted ‘L’ formation.

An image that has been leaked also reveals that the Moto G50 5G ‘Saipan’ features a USB Type-C port along with a 3.5mm headphone jack. The device also features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner on the right-side frame.

Evan Blass did not share any other specs of the new Moto G50 5G but he did reveal that Motorola is working on the Moto E20, which has been codenamed ‘Aruba.’
