The iQOO 8 Series will have a BMW M Motorsport themed variant

iQOO has given us numerous amount of details regarding its upcoming 8-series flagship smartphones just days before its official launch. Now, new teasers indicate that iQOO has tied up with BMW to release a BMW M Motorsport-themed variant.

iQOO will officially be launching the 8 series on the 17th of August and that they will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ processor.

We also know for a fact that the iQOO 8 Series will have a potentially upgraded 2K AMOLED display which gave us an idea of what the devices may look like from the front but we were yet to get a concrete idea of how they appeared from the rear, until now.

A new poster effectively announced that the 8 series will have the same ‘Track’ and ‘Legendary’ themes that we saw in the original 7, its unique white colorway with a BMW-inspired tricolor stripe will return in the upcoming series as well.

This variant actually received a positive response, iQOO debuted it in its 2020 flagship. The iQOO 5 Pro was also the first device from the OEM that launched with support for 120W fast charging.

The latest teaser appears to confirm that we will see support for 120W fast charging in the upcoming iQOO 8 Series as well despite earlier rumors indicating we may get the world’s first 160W fast charging supported device from the 8 series.
