David Beckham hints Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi can play in the same team, Inter Miami

The dream of all the football fans to see Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi playing alongside can be true. Inter Miami CF owner David Beckham hints at Inter Miami moves for Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.

David Beckham is a majority shareholder of the MLS club. The former Manchester United and Real Madrid legend, Beckham is keen on building a high-profile project in the US, including some of the biggest names in European football. Players like Gonzalo Higuain and Blaise Matuidi are currently playing for the MLS side.

In an interview with Mundo Deportivo, David Beckham said, “I know that in Miami our fans want to see big stars.”

“We already have players like Gonzalo Higuaín and Blaise Matuidi, but in the future, we want to have the opportunity to bring in big names.”

“Leo and Cristiano have been mentioned, they have been at the top of their game and they have been the best for the last 15 years.”

“We want to attract the best players. Miami has a great power of attraction and these are the players we want to bring here.”

Lionel Messi’s contract with FC Barcelona is going to end this summer and the Argentine has already confirmed that he will leave the club next summer.

Whereas, Cristiano Ronaldo has only 12 months left of his contract with Juventus. Inter Miami can go for the Portuguese when he completed his contract with the Italian side.

Both Messi and Ronaldo earlier confirmed that they want to play in MLS. If they ends their career in a same team together then it will be a dream come true for the fans as well. The  idea of seeing Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo in the same team has already left us drooling.
