Call of Duty: Warzone’s season finale confirms the return of Soap

After six seasons of Modern Warfare content, Call of Duty: Warzone’s less noticeable feature is that they have continued the story of the game in and among the setting of Verdansk. All these short stories often bring some Operators in the game, like Ghost in season two or Captain Price in season four. Also, the arc discloses through collecting ‘intel’ by finding it in some specific spots of the maps for multiple matches.

Now the entry of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War with the COD: Warzone has seen the numbers reset, and now it is back to season one, but the story of Modern Warfare has kept going. The intel-gathering exercise shows the way to the grand finale of the Zakhaev pursuit (big baddie of Modern Warfare) and his nuke took the aim at Verdansk.

Geeky Pastimes, the YouTuber was the first one who disarms the missile. The next time when you’ll select the Mission in the menu, the game will play the cutscene.

In the original Modern Warfare, Soap is the best character, but he was not a part of the remade Modern Warfare. For the new Task Force 141, Price mentioned Soap’s name among the candidates who were being considered. This confirms that Soap is ready to enter in Warzone.
