The drama is a period spy romance set over 100 days during the Japanese occupation of Korea. Lee Ga Kyeong (Kim You Jung) is the top pickpocket in Gyeongseong, which is present-day Seoul. She becomes an undercover spy for the independence movement and infiltrates the Japanese Government-General of Korea under the false name Geum Seo Hee. There she gets entangled with interpreter Kim Tae Woong (GOT7’s Park Jinyoung), known as Sato Hideo, who is the adopted son of the Inspector-General of Korea.
