XG Cancels Dallas and Mexico City Shows: What Fans Need to Know

If you had November circled on your calendar, this one stings. XG, the global girl group that has built a loyal fanbase worldwide, announced on October 6 (KST) that two stops of their ongoing world tour are cancelled. The group cited “unforeseen circumstances,” and no further reason has been shared.

Fans in Texas and Mexico had been counting down to these nights. Here’s the quick breakdown.

XG Cancelled Shows

What XG Said?

In an official statement to ticket purchasers, the team confirmed that all tickets will be refunded. They asked fans to visit the website where they bought tickets for details on how refunds work. They also said they sincerely regret being unable to perform in person for fans who were looking forward to the shows, and asked for understanding.

What You Should Do Now?

• Check your email. Look for a message from your ticket seller.
• Visit the original platform. Use Ticketmaster for Dallas or Superboletos for Mexico City.
• Stay cautious. Rely only on official channels for refund information and avoid unofficial links.
• Cancel travel plans carefully. If you booked flights or hotels, review their cancellation terms right away.

Why This Hurts So Much?

Concert cancellations are always tough, but they hit harder when fans have saved up, booked travel, and planned outfits and fan projects for months. For many XTINY in the region, these two dates were a rare chance to see the group live. The disappointment is real, and the group’s own message acknowledges it.

For now, there’s no word on rescheduled dates. We’ll know more if XG’s team shares further updates, so keep an eye on their official social media.
