Vivo has officially announced that the Vivo S17 series will be launched on May 31 in China. This series is expected to include two devices: the Vivo S17 and the Vivo S17 Pro. The Snapdragon 782 CPU will power the Vivo S17, while the Dimensity 8200 processor will power the S17 Pro, according to information that has been released by Digital Chat Station. Both devices are rumored to have a 50MP front-facing camera.

Speculations suggest that both the S17 and the S17 Pro will come with a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with curved edges, offering a Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. Both handsets are likely to feature an under-display fingerprint sensor for security purposes.
The Vivo S17 is rumored to offer options of 8GB or 12GB of RAM along with 128GB or 256GB of internal storage. The S17 Pro, on the other hand, might come featuring 16GB RAM and 512GB internal storage. In terms of camera capabilities, the S17 is expected to have a 64MP primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS) on the back, while the S17 Pro could feature a 50MP camera with OIS.
