Vikrant Massey Set to Transform into Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar in Global Thriller “White”

After winning widespread acclaim for his outstanding portrayal in Sabarmati Express, Vikrant Massey had announced a temporary break from acting.

Fans, however, will not have to wait long, as the talented star is preparing for an exciting comeback. Massey has been confirmed to headline the forthcoming thriller White, a project that promises a compelling narrative intertwined with diplomacy, spirituality, and history.

A Spiritual Transformation: Massey’s Dedication to the Role

Known for his versatility in films like 12th Pass, Massey is reportedly undergoing significant preparations for this challenging portrayal. Tasked with bringing to life the revered Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, the actor is leaving no stone unturned.

A source close to the development revealed, “Vikrant has been growing his hair and also undergoing physical transformation to look as similar as possible to Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. He has also been watching Sri Sri’s videos and observing his body language to prep for the role.”

This intensive commitment highlights Massey’s methodical approach, aiming not just to imitate but truly embody the spiritual leader’s essence on screen.

White: An Untold Chapter of Global Peacebuilding

The upcoming film delves into a largely undiscovered narrative in the international sphere. White will spotlight Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s monumental efforts in helping end Colombia’s decades-long civil conflict. A representative from the production house stated, “White is about how Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s intervention was pivotal in bringing Colombia’s 52-year-long civil war to a close. It will be the untold story of India’s spiritual diplomacy in international political scape.”

In an era where soft power often operates behind closed doors, the film seeks to shed light on how compassion and dialogue can bridge seemingly insurmountable divides. By focusing on Sri Sri’s peaceful intervention, the film will present an inspiring account of non-violent conflict resolution to a global audience.

A Global Effort: International Crew and Multilingual Release

Matching the film’s expansive story is its ambitious production scale. White will feature an international crew, emphasizing the global significance of the narrative. Technicians and artists from Los Angeles will join the team, ensuring the project’s cinematic quality meets global standards.

Further reflecting its worldwide appeal, the film will be released in multiple languages, including English and Spanish. This multilingual approach ensures that the message of peace, resilience, and spiritual diplomacy resonates across diverse cultures and borders.

Production Details: Colombia as the Starting Point

Currently, the pre-production phase is underway in Colombia, a country deeply tied to the story’s heart. The actual filming is scheduled to begin this July, with the lush, historic landscapes of Colombia providing an authentic backdrop for the narrative.

According to present timelines, the filmmakers plan to release White in 2026, aligning with a careful and immersive production schedule that matches the story’s complexity and significance.

Creative Powerhouses Behind the Vision

The film brings together some of the industry’s most reputed names. Siddharth Anand, known for directing high-octane entertainers like War, Pathaan, and Fighter, is producing the film alongside Anand and Mahaveer Jain, the creative minds behind celebrated works like Uunchai and Nagzilla.

Directorial duties will be helmed by Monto Bassi, adding another layer of credibility to the project. With such an accomplished team, expectations are high that White will present a balanced blend of cinematic brilliance and emotional depth.
