The much-anticipated trailer of Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video has finally hit the screens, promising a rollercoaster ride of comedy, chaos, and action.

Starring the ever-charming Rajkummar Rao and the talented Triptii Dimri, this Raaj Shaandilyaa-directed film is all set to deliver a fresh take on relationships, tradition, and unexpected twists. Set against the scenic backdrop of Rishikesh, the film’s quirky plotline revolves around a hilarious yet bizarre predicament: a missing ‘suhagraat CD’ and a hefty ransom demand.

A Chaotic First Night Turns Into a Riot

The film follows the newlywed couple, Vicky (played by Rajkummar Rao) and Vidya (Triptii Dimri), who are eager to celebrate their first night as husband and wife. However, their plans take an unexpected turn when someone steals their private video—a ‘suhagraat CD’ meant to capture their special moments. The thief demands a ransom of ₹2 lakh, plunging the couple into an outrageous mission to retrieve the footage.

The Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video trailer showcases a blend of comedy and drama as the couple, desperate to get their video back, navigates a series of increasingly absurd and dangerous situations. Rajkummar’s portrayal of a perennially flustered husband, who just wants to make lifelong memories with his wife, adds a delightful comedic layer to the story. On the other hand, Triptii’s performance as Vidya, a strong-willed woman determined to restore her life to normalcy, balances out the film’s wild premise.

A Star-Studded Supporting Cast Joins the Fun

In their quest to recover the stolen CD, Vicky and Vidya enlist the help of some rather unconventional allies. The trailer teases the involvement of Mallika Sherawat, who plays a key role in guiding the couple through their madcap adventure. From consulting with local police officers to seeking wisdom from family elders, Vicky and Vidya pull out all the stops to retrieve their video. Their antics even lead them into dark graveyards in the dead of night, creating a hilarious contrast between their initial romantic intentions and the wild chase that ensues.

The film’s premise is peppered with absurdity, and the entire town of Rishikesh seems to get caught up in the couple’s mission. As the trailer suggests, this isn’t just a story about recovering a video—it’s a full-blown family affair that spirals out of control. The witty dialogues, fast-paced narrative, and the dynamic chemistry between the lead pair promise a laugh-out-loud experience for the audience.

Rajkummar Rao’s Latest Comedy Adventure

Rajkummar Rao, who has recently been enjoying the success of Stree 2, brings his signature comedic timing to Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video. Known for seamlessly blending humor with intensity, his portrayal of a husband caught in a series of escalating situations is bound to leave audiences in stitches. Rao has become a reliable name in Indian cinema for delivering diverse performances, and his latest collaboration with Raaj Shaandilyaa seems like yet another memorable addition to his filmography.

In addition to this, Rajkummar has also announced his next project, Maalik, which promises a shift from his comedic roles. Directed by Pulkit, Maalik sees him in an intense avatar, wielding a gun, which contrasts sharply with his current role in Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video. The actor’s versatility continues to shine, with his upcoming projects keeping fans eagerly anticipating what’s next.

Triptii Dimri Continues to Impress

Following her strong performances in films like Bulbbul and Qala, Triptii Dimri is quickly becoming one of the most sought-after talents in Bollywood. In Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video, she effortlessly steps into the role of Vidya, showcasing her ability to switch between drama and comedy. Dimri’s natural chemistry with Rajkummar Rao adds depth to the otherwise outlandish narrative, grounding it with a genuine emotional connection between the characters.

Triptii is also gearing up for her role in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, where she will star alongside Kartik Aaryan and Vidya Balan in the much-awaited sequel. With a release date set for November 1, 2024, fans can look forward to seeing her take on yet another challenging role in the horror-comedy genre.
