What’s the Story This Time?

The sequel picks up where the first film left off — Mr. Wolf, Mr. Snake, Ms. Tarantula, Mr. Shark, and Mr. Piranha are trying (keyword: trying) to keep their good-guy reputation intact. But as any great heist story knows, the promise of “one last job” is never just one last job. This time, the crew gets coerced by an all-female squad of elite criminals called the Bad Girls, putting their reformed ways to the ultimate test.

It’s slick, funny, and perfectly paced for family movie night — the kind of animated sequel that actually delivers on the original’s promise.

The Full Voice Cast

Returning fan favourites Sam Rockwell (Mr. Wolf), Marc Maron (Mr. Snake), Awkwafina (Ms. Tarantula), Craig Robinson (Mr. Shark), Anthony Ramos (Mr. Piranha), and Zazie Beetz (Diane Foxington) all reprise their roles. New addition Maria Bakalova joins as the mysterious Kitty Kat.

DreamWorks Animation, known for franchises like Shrek, Madagascar and Kung Fu Panda, continues to deliver crowd-pleasing blockbuster animation — and The Bad Guys franchise has firmly cemented itself in that legacy.

Netflix’s Most Complete Bad Guys Hub

Netflix isn’t just getting the sequel — it’s already home to the original The Bad Guys (2022) and two exclusive animated specials: The Bad Guys: A Very Bad Holiday and The Bad Guys: Haunted Heist. That makes it the single best destination for a full franchise marathon before March 21st.
