Tejasswi Prakash Silences Karan Kundrra Cheating Rumours on Desi Bling — and Her Answer Says Everything

The glitter and glamour of Desi Bling was always going to attract attention. But nobody expected the show’s most talked-about moment to be a candid, unscripted conversation between Tejasswi Prakash and two of Dubai’s elite socialites — where Karan Kundrra’s past cheating allegations were brought up directly, face to face.

And Tejasswi? She handled it with a maturity that left fans completely speechless.

The Desi Bling Drama — Key Facts

What Tejasswi Actually Said?

During a candid group conversation with the Desi Bling cast, the Naagin 6 actress was put on the spot about Karan’s romantic history and the long-circulating allegations that he had been unfaithful in a past relationship.

Rather than brushing it aside, Tejasswi addressed it head-on. She acknowledged that everyone carries a past, and pointed out that when something becomes public, the full story is rarely known. She revealed that Karan had personally told her his side of the story — making clear that he prioritised her knowing the truth over what the world believed. Her message was clear: she trusts him, she’s heard him out, and that’s what matters.

It was honest. It was grounded. And it was exactly what you’d expect from someone four years deep in a relationship that has weathered constant public scrutiny.

The Anusha Dandekar Angle

Karan and Anusha Dandekar were in a high-profile relationship for over three and a half years before parting ways in 2020. The cheating allegations resurfaced last year when Anusha, on a podcast, described an ex-boyfriend who allegedly used a dating app to meet other women while they were fronting a campaign for the same app — without naming him directly.

The internet connected the dots. Fans drew their own conclusions. And the rumours never really went away — until Tejasswi chose to address them openly on national television.

Adding fuel to the fire, shortly after clips of Karan’s dreamy Dubai proposal to Tejasswi went viral, Anusha posted a cryptic note on her Instagram stories. Fans were quick to interpret it as a reaction to the engagement news — though nothing was said explicitly.

TejRan — A Timeline

Beyond the drama, what Desi Bling is really showing audiences is a couple that has chosen openness over image management. That’s rare in Indian television — and audiences are clearly connecting with it.
