Some comebacks make noise. This one made history. Stray Kids dropped their new mini album “THIS & THAT” and within 24 hours, the group had planted their flag on iTunes, YouTube, and domestic Korean charts across dozens of countries — proof that STAY’s loyalty is still unmatched worldwide.

Stray Kids: Story

Chart / Metric	Result
Release	August 7, 1 p.m. KST
iTunes Top Albums (No. 1)	32+ regions (Canada, Brazil, France, and more)
iTunes Top Songs (No. 1)	Multiple regions (Argentina, Peru, Singapore)
YouTube Global Trending Music Videos	No. 1 worldwide
YouTube No. 1 in individual regions	25+ (US, Australia, Brazil, Canada)
Korea’s Bugs Realtime Chart	No. 1
Day-One Sales (Hanteo Chart)	1,834,937 copies

A Genuinely Global Sweep

Within hours of release, “THIS & THAT” and its title track had already claimed the top spot on iTunes Top Albums charts in more than 32 regions — a spread stretching from Canada and Brazil to France. The title track itself wasn’t far behind, hitting No. 1 on iTunes Top Songs in countries like Argentina, Peru, and Singapore, showing the comeback’s reach went well beyond Stray Kids’ usual strongholds.

YouTube Couldn’t Keep Up Either

The music video for “This & That” didn’t just trend — it topped YouTube’s worldwide Top Trending Music Videos list outright, while also claiming the No. 1 spot in at least 25 individual regions including the US, Australia, Brazil, and Canada. That’s the kind of simultaneous global reach that very few comebacks manage to pull off in their first 24 hours.

Numbers That Matter Back Home

Domestically, the title track shot straight to No. 1 on Bugs’ realtime chart in Korea. And according to Hanteo Chart, the album moved a staggering 1,834,937 copies on day one alone — a number that puts this comeback firmly among the group’s strongest openings yet.

Stray Kids is a South Korean boy band formed by JYP Entertainment in 2017, consisting of eight members: Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, Han, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N, and the group has built a reputation for consistently topping charts with each new release.
