Tom Holland’s web-slinger isn’t just having a good run in India — it’s rewriting the record books. On its 4th Friday, “Spider-Man: Brand New Day” quietly crossed a milestone that puts it in the same league as Titanic and Avatar.
Spider-Man: Brand New Day- The Numbers So Far
The film added Rs. 2 crore gross on its 4th Friday, pushing its India total past Rs. 559.75 crore gross (Rs. 462.35 crore nett). Counting 3D collections, the full theatrical cume now stands at Rs. 615.75 crore.

| Period | Nett | Gross | Gross (incl. 3D) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Week One | Rs. 324.50 cr | Rs. 393.00 cr | Rs. 431.00 cr |
| Week Two | Rs. 105.75 cr | Rs. 128.00 cr | Rs. 141.00 cr |
| Week Three | Rs. 30.50 cr | Rs. 36.75 cr | Rs. 41.50 cr |
| 4th Friday | Rs. 1.60 cr | Rs. 2.00 cr | Rs. 2.25 cr |
| Total | Rs. 462.35 cr | Rs. 559.75 cr | Rs. 615.75 cr |
Why This Is A Genuinely Big Deal
Trade estimates suggest the film will add another Rs. 12-15 crore in its fourth week, taking the tally to around Rs. 570 crore — but the Rs. 600 crore gross mark now looks out of reach with Toxic arriving in cinemas.
That said, the film has already locked in status as an All-Time Blockbuster — a tag reportedly shared by only a handful of Hollywood titles in India since Jurassic Park in 1994, including Titanic, Avatar, and both Avengers: Infinity War and Endgame. Even more impressive: Brand New Day is closing in on 2 crore footfalls, a number only Titanic and Avengers: Endgame have crossed in India, and it’s already the third most-watched Hollywood film in the country with roughly 1.9 crore admissions.
