Reality TV usually brings drama, but this week’s Bigg Boss Kannada 13 brought real worry. Contestant Sangeetha Bhat was reportedly shifted from the house to a hospital after a task went wrong.
What Happened Inside the House?
Reports from Pinkvilla, citing Asianet Newsable, say Sangeetha collapsed during the Gandharvaru and Rakshasaru task. Fellow contestants carried her to the confession room.
She reportedly had severe trouble breathing. Housemates Kavya and Soundarya rushed to find an inhaler but couldn’t locate one, so the makers arranged immediate medical help.

A Tough Week for Sangeetha
The timing makes this harder to watch. Sangeetha had reportedly said she wanted to quit the show over the previous weekend, but audience votes kept her in the house. Fans backed her, and then this happened.
There’s no official word yet on her condition, or on whether she’ll return to the house or leave the show. Until the makers or the channel confirm, treat the details as reported rather than final.
Who Is Sangeetha Bhat?
Sangeetha is a familiar face in Kannada entertainment. She began on television with serials like Panjaradha Gili and Chandramukhi, then made her lead film debut in Preethi Geethi Ityaadi (2014). She gained wider recognition with Eradane Sala and Dayavittu Gamanisu in 2017. After a long break, she returned to the spotlight through the show. She is married to actor and comedian Sudarshan Rangaprasad.
Why This Matters?
Physical tasks are a signature of Bigg Boss, and moments like this raise fair questions about contestant safety and medical readiness. Watch for the next episode and weekend update from Sudeepa for clarity.
