The GeForce RTX 3090 Ti graphics card from NVIDIA will include some incredible custom designs, including MSI’s flagship SUPRIM X variant. These graphics cards will be the most power-hungry and powerful goods ever created, catering to the most ardent aficionados as well as those with deep pockets.

The NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 Ti is everything: powerful, expensive, and energy-hungry. It’s the ultimate graphics card for individuals who aren’t concerned with power draw or price and simply want the best of the best, similar to flex. The MSI SUPRIM X variation is supposed to be a speedy bespoke model, so fast that early listings suggest it could be priced as high as $4500 US.

@wxnod has leaked the specifications for this beast of a graphics card, and they are simply put SUPREME! in every way. To begin with, the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 will have a total of 84 SM units on its flagship, resulting in a total of 10,752 CUDA cores (compared to 82 SM / 10496 cores on the RTX 3090 Non-Ti). NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 3090 Ti includes CUDA cores as well as next-generation RT (Ray-Tracing) cores, Tensor cores, and brand new SM or streaming multi-processor units. The reference model will have a TDP of 450W and a base clock speed of 1560 MHz with a boost clock speed of 1860 MHz.

MSI, on the other hand, has boosted the out-of-the-box Gaming/Silent profiles to 1880 MHz, and there’s even a third GPU profile called ‘Extreme Mode’ that can be enabled via MSI Center for a boost clock of 1900 MHz. The card’s TDP will also be boosted to 480W. That’s a 30W boost over the base model and a 60W boost over the RTX 3090 Non-Ti.

But wait, there’s more: the RTX 3090 Ti SUPRIM X has a 1000W PSU suggestion, whereas the normal RTX 3090 SUPRIM X has an 850W PSU recommendation. The card will continue to be powered by a triple 8-pin connector layout, with the same display outputs.

The GeForce RTX 3090 Ti comes with 24 GB of memory, all of which are next-generation GDDR6X. The RTX 3090 Ti can achieve GDDR6X memory rates of 21 Gbps thanks to Micron’s freshest and finest graphics memory chips. This, combined with a 384-bit bus interface, will result in a total bandwidth of 1008 Gbps. While the card appears to be nearly identical to the RTX 3090 SUPRIM X, it appears to have a few extra components and thermal padding, which adds 10 grams to the card’s weight over the Non-Ti SUPRIM X model.

Stay tuned for more information on pricing and availability as the graphics card is scheduled to be officially introduced later this month or in a few weeks.
