Shantit Kranti 2 Release Date: Sony LIV’s Marathi web sequences offering Shanti Kranti has been renewed for a new season. The makers themselves have confirmed the second season of the display. They have also established that the OTT platform will be released at five more demonstrations at least.

In an interview with indiantelevision.com, digital occupational head Ashish Golwalkar inveterate the news. He accepted that Shantit Kranti did work well for the platform, and thus, people can suppose a new season of the show.

He also publicized that Sony LIV is looking towards releasing more Marathi content regarding manufacturing shows. Ashish confirmed that the platform will release five to six new-fangled web series in Marathi.

For the uninitiated, earlier Sony LIV, MX Player had taken the lead on Marathi web series and fashioned shows like Swwapnil Joshi’s Samantar and Priya Bapat’s Aani Kay Hava. Both series worked healthy and had new seasons released in 2021.

Shantit Kranti originally showcased Alok Rajwade, Lalit Prabhakar, and Abhay Mahajan in the lead roles. The sequences also introduced Veere Di Wedding actor Shikha Talsania, who made her Marathi web series unveiling with the show.

Shantit Kranti is the story of three spiritually disturbed boys who decide to leave on a trip to Goa. However, one of their friends deceives them, and they end up in a wellness resort without their phones or other standard facilities.

The show tested whether these friends could endure the wellness retreat or return to their daily lives after a few days in Goa. Whether they find their inner peace to be able to deal with their problems at hand is similarly revealed on the show.

About the Trailer

The events of Shantit Kranti Season 2 take residence 18 months after Season 1. Shreyas (Abhay Mahajan) amazes the boys with the news that he is getting married. The three boys decide to get permission for Shreyas’s international bachelor trip. Things spiral out of controller when they realize Shreyas is not even engaged, Prasanna (Lalit Prabhakar) has brought his baby along, and Dinar (Alok Rajwade) has booked them on a six-day journey to Nepal in a bus with ten strangers instead of the projected bachelor’s trip.

The three friends embark on yet extra crazy yet fun-filled road trip, much like Shantit Kranti Season 1. Sarang Sathaye and Paula McGlynn return to direct the new season of the feel-good show. For those who do not know, the duo are the creators of the Marathi content page – Bharatiya Digital Party (BhaDiPa).
