Where would you draw the line between love and obsession? That’s the question Sonakshi Sinha put to fans when she revealed the poster, and it’s the question behind Tu Hai Meri Kiran.
The romantic thriller releases in cinemas on 23rd October 2026. It’s the first film for Sonakshi and her husband Zaheer Iqbal since their June 2024 wedding. Their last film together was Double XL in 2022.
What We Know About the Story?
The makers are keeping the plot under wraps. The poster shows the couple in a restaurant setting and carries the tagline “She found a connection, he found an obsession.” That hints at a relationship that turns darker and more unpredictable. The title comes from a famous song associated with the thriller Darr, which is why some viewers are already drawing comparisons.

Some viewers are enjoying the suspense, while others are calling it a Darr-style remake.
Who Is Behind the Camera?
Karan Rawal previously directed the short film Half Full and worked as an assistant director on The Dirty Picture and Veere Di Wedding. This is his first feature as director.
