Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra RAM Upgrade and Camera Details Surface Ahead of Launch

As for the RAM and storage, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is going to get a substantial upgrade. The flagship will likely be available in three storage variants: 12GB RAM + 256GB storage, 16GB RAM + 512GB storage, and a high-end 16GB RAM + 1TB storage option. This marks a significant bump from the Galaxy S24 Ultra, which maxed out at 12GB of RAM across the models. Samsung also brings the option of 16GB RAM on the Ultra variant in line with Google and OnePlus which have both the 16GB RAM options with their flagship devices.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra is also rumored to feature one of the biggest display changes of all, which is a 6.86-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with up to 120Hz refresh rate; it seems to be slightly larger than the 6.80-inch display of the Galaxy S24 Ultra. The device will get a sophisticated camera system consisting of a 200MP main sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide sensor, a 10MP 3x telephoto camera, and a 50MP 5x telephoto lens, plans to introduce better electronic lenses. These upgrades would provide a lot better imaging capabilities than its predecessor.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra will maintain the same 45W fast charging from the previous model and will be available in four color options: Green, Titanium, Blue, and Black. The device will feature a quad-camera setup enhanced with new AI capabilities for improved photography. Additionally, it will come with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset globally, ensuring consistent performance across markets. Leaked images suggest slight design tweaks, including rounded corners and a narrower profile for a more comfortable grip, as well as a more premium look. The S25 Ultra is also expected to be released in India simultaneously with its global launch.
