S8UL Esports, a prominent organization in esports and gaming content, has qualified for its sixth title at the Esports World Cup (EWC) 2026, with its Free Fire MAX roster earning a place at the global event. The recently assembled Free Fire MAX roster for S8UL, comprising Naitik Sharma (Troll), Prince Saini (Prinxz), Jay Verma (Bunny), Harshit Nain (Jack07), and Abhishek Gupta (Stiven), secured its EWC 2026 berth by finishing as runner-up at the Free Fire MAX India Cup (FFMIC) 2026 Spring. This performance earned the team one of three invitations extended to Indian representatives for the upcoming global tournament.

The Free Fire competition at EWC 2026 is scheduled to take place from July 15 to 18 in Paris, France. Twenty-four teams from around the world will compete for a prize pool of USD 1 million, equivalent to approximately INR 9.4 crore. The broader Esports World Cup 2026 is slated for July 6 to August 23, featuring a total prize pool of USD 75 million (approximately INR 714 crore), attracting over 2,000 players from 200 clubs across more than 100 countries.

S8UL’s journey through FFMIC 2026 Spring involved a multi-stage qualification process, including City and In-Game Qualifiers, followed by Group Stage, Knockout Stage, Point Rush, and Champion Rush phases. The team delivered a consistent campaign, securing 186 points in Knockout Stage Week 1 and maintaining momentum to reach the championship stages. In the Champion Rush, the roster accumulated 131 points and two ‘Booyahs’ across eight matches, culminating in a second-place finish and a prize of INR 17 lakh, in addition to the EWC slot.

Prince Saini, known as Prinxz and captain of S8UL’s Free Fire MAX roster, emphasized the team’s chemistry as a key factor in their success. “Qualifying for the Esports World Cup is an important milestone for us, and doing so as part of S8UL makes the opportunity even more exciting,” Saini stated. “We are looking forward to representing the organization on the global stage.”
