Ronaldo’s Secret Prenup Revealed: Georgina to Get €100K a Month If They Split

Cristiano Ronaldo and Georgina Rodríguez kept their wedding almost entirely under wraps — but the paperwork signed just a day before their vows is now making headlines. Portuguese newspaper Jornal de Notícias obtained the couple’s marriage certificate, revealing they opted for a “regime de separação de bens” — a separation-of-assets arrangement — signed at a Lisbon notary’s office on August 10, hours before their private Cascais ceremony.

The Prenup, Broken Down

Why the Payout Reportedly Exists

Sources close to the matter say the monthly provision was built into the agreement after the birth of the couple’s daughter, Alana Martina — designed to protect Georgina and the children’s financial future regardless of what happens to the marriage. Under separation of assets, both partners keep what’s individually theirs, while jointly-titled property remains shared.

Ronaldo’s wealth stretches well beyond the pitch — hotels, gyms, a padel club, a fashion label, a film studio, a car collection worth roughly €26 million, and more than €70 million in luxury real estate. Georgina, meanwhile, has built her own empire through modelling, fashion, and her Netflix series I Am Georgina.

Ronaldo’s Wedding as Private as the Paperwork

The couple married after nearly a decade together, with only four witnesses and their five children present. Notably absent from the guest list were Ronaldo’s mother and sisters. Days earlier, hundreds had mistakenly gathered outside Funchal Cathedral after rumours pointed to the wrong venue — the real ceremony was happening quietly in Cascais all along.
