Realme Pad 2 Launched in India: Powerful Features, Stunning Display, and Competitive Pricing

Realme has officially launched the Realme Pad 2 in India, introducing it alongside the Realme C53. As a successor to the original Realme Pad, the new tablet brings several noteworthy improvements. One of its standout features is the quad-speaker setup, complemented by Dolby Atmos support, providing an immersive audio experience.

Additionally, the Realme Pad 2 boasts 33W fast charging support, ensuring quicker recharging times, and a vibrant 2K IPS LCD display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz, offering smooth visuals.

Design-wise, the tablet features a circular module on its back, housing the camera sensors, and it sports narrow bezels, enhancing the overall aesthetics. The Realme Pad 2 comes in two elegant colors, Grey and Green.

In terms of pricing, the Realme Pad 2 is available at a starting price of ₹19,999 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant, while the 8GB RAM and 256GB storage model are priced at ₹22,999. Customers can avail themselves of a discount of up to ₹2,000 if they pre-book the tablet between July 26th and July 31st. The first sale is scheduled for August 1st at 12 PM IST and will be accessible through Flipkart, the Realme website, and offline stores.

Moving on to its specifications, the Realme Pad 2 boasts an expansive 11.5-inch 2K display, offering a 120Hz refresh rate and an impressive 82.5 percent screen-to-body ratio. The display also includes blue-light protection, DC dimming, 450nits peak brightness, an O1 ultra-vision engine for premium image quality, a resolution of 200X1200 pixels, and support for 1 billion colors.

Under the hood, the tablet is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 SoC, paired with the Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. Users can choose from configurations with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded using a microSD card.

The Realme Pad 2 comes with the Android 13-based Realme UI custom skin pre-installed, offering a user-friendly and customizable interface. On the camera front, the tablet features an 8MP camera both on the front and back, enabling users to capture photos and videos with ease.
