Prithvi Shaw Cheating Rumors: What We Know About Akriti Agarwal’s Viral “Every Rumour Is True” Post

A cryptic Instagram Story is making headlines today, sparking widespread speculation about Indian cricketer Prithvi Shaw’s relationship with his fiancée, actor and influencer Akriti Agarwal. While the post never named anyone directly, its emotional wording quickly led fans to connect the dots to Shaw — though neither party has confirmed or denied anything.

What Happened: Prithvi Shaw Overview

The now-deleted story read like a quiet cry of heartbreak, hinting at repeated betrayal without pointing fingers. Naturally, given her public relationship with Shaw, fans immediately assumed it was about him — but that connection remains speculation, not confirmation.

What makes this especially confusing for fans is the timeline. Just months ago, Shaw had publicly announced his engagement to Akriti with a heartfelt post, sharing that she felt like his “perfect innings” both on and off the field. That romantic announcement is still very much live on his profile — and so are the couple’s engagement photos on both their accounts, which is notable, since a real falling-out often comes with unfollows or deleted posts.

So far, there’s no public fallout, no clarifying statement, and no confirmation from either side. Until Shaw or Akriti speaks up, this remains squarely in rumor territory — a reminder of how quickly online speculation about celebrity relationships can snowball from a single ambiguous post.
