One UI 5.1 purportedly being tested by Samsung

The Galaxy S23 line of smartphones from Samsung, the company’s flagship Galaxy S-series line, is about to be released. It is rumoured that the launch will take place on February 1st, even though the date has not been formally announced.

New details about the phone’s software have now come to light, ahead of the debut. Newer versions of the One UI will be used on the forthcoming Samsung Galaxy S23 variants.

According to the most recent information, Samsung is now testing the new One UI 5.1 upgrade for the Galaxy S22 series, which is powered by firmware version S90xEXXU2CVL7. It was found on Samsung’s servers and is anticipated to become available for the S22 lineup shortly after making its debut with the Galaxy S23 series of handsets.

One UI 5.1

The One UI 5.1 won’t launch with any new features as of yet, but it’s safe to presume that the upgrade will be based on the Android 13 operating system, much like the One UI 5.0. Lock screen customizations, which we anticipate appearing in the forthcoming release, were previously hinted at by the South Korean company.
