Mikaela Hoover as Tony Tony Chopper — The most anticipated casting reveal of the entire season, announced at Netflix’s TUDUM event. Hoover, known for Superman, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, and The Suicide Squad, voices the beloved reindeer-doctor hybrid. Fans are already sold.

Lera Abova as Ms. All Sunday (Nico Robin) — One of the most significant castings of the season given Robin’s critical importance to the entire franchise story. Rob Colletti as Wapol — The Broadway star (School of Rock, The Book of Mormon) transforms into the tyrannical Drum Island king Wapol. Stage training is the perfect prep for One Piece’s theatrically villainous characters.

Sendhil Ramamurthy as Nefertari Cobra — Best known as Mohinder Suresh in Heroes and Dr. Ramsey Rossa in The Flash, Ramamurthy plays the besieged King of Alabasta, whose kingdom is being torn apart by Baroque Works. Expect a bigger role in Season 3.

Mark Harelik as Dr. Hiriluk — A seasoned TV veteran (Seinfeld, Breaking Bad, Prison Break, Grey’s Anatomy), Harelik plays Chopper’s beloved mentor — the eccentric doctor whose sacrifice defines Chopper’s entire motivation to heal others.

Rigo Sanchez as Dragon — Outer Banks and Lucifer actor Sanchez takes on one of the most mysterious and pivotal characters in the entire One Piece universe. His identity and relationship to Luffy make this a casting shrouded in deliberate secrecy.
