Nokia’s new budget TV range with Onkyo Soundbar starts at just Rs. 12,999

The smartphone giant already stepped into the Smart TV market with its only 4K TV this year and now, having tasted success in the country, HMD Global owned Nokia is bringing 6 new budget Smart TVs to the Indian market in courtesy with Flipkart.

Nokia will now offer various Smart TVs with various sizes and resolution, starting at just Rs. 12,999, it tries to compete with the likes of Xiaomi, Samsung and others. HMD Global backed company is not the only smartphone brand to bring Smart TVs in India; the endless list comes with names like Xiaomi, Realme, OnePlus and others.

People need Smart TVs more than ever and having Nokia as an option makes people much more inclined towards the brand’s reputation in the market. So, the new Nokia Smart TV models will be available on Flipkart from October 15 — as a major part of the Flipkart’s Big Billion Days Specials.

  • 65-inch 4K UHD: Rs. 59,999

These are all Smart Android TVs and Nokia has teamed up with Japanese brand Onkyo who will provide up to 48W soundbar across all Smart TVs. Being an Android TV, you can easily use streaming apps like Disney+ Hotstar, Netflix, and YouTube along with an option to install more as well.

You have USB and HDMI ports baked into the Nokia Smart TVs featuring HDR10 and micro dimming. These Smart TVs feature Pronto Focal AI Engine for enhancing image quality and delivering an optimised sound experience, also offering up to 450 nits of peak brightness and runs on Android 9 Pie. The remote of the Nokia Smart TVs feature a dedicated Netflix and Zee5 hotkeys.
