Noise Achieves Remarkable Milestone: Manufacturing 1 Million Smartwatches in India

Noise, the renowned smart wearables manufacturer, has recently announced a significant milestone in its production. Last month, the company successfully manufactured 1 million units of its smartwatches. This achievement comes after Noise made the strategic decision earlier this year to shift its manufacturing capacity to India. In fact, the brand had previously stated its intention to manufacture 90% of its smartwatches within the country.

All About the Noise Milestone!

This milestone achieved by Noise is not only a testament to the brand’s success but also serves as evidence of the positive impact of the Make In India program on the Indian manufacturing sector. The government’s continuous efforts in providing incentives at both the central and regional levels have played a crucial role in fostering such growth.

With the production of 1 million Noise smartwatches locally in India last month, the brand is optimistic about maintaining an upward trajectory. The company has even surpassed its initial target of manufacturing 1 million units on a monthly basis. Moreover, Noise proudly claims to be the first brand to have shipped over 3 million made-in-India smartwatches.

Noise emphasizes its unwavering commitment to the Make In India initiative. According to the brand, its achievement in May serves as a clear demonstration of its deep-rooted dedication and understanding of the Indian market. The company pledges to relentlessly pursue the goal of making India self-reliant across various sectors. With a strong performance in the first half of the year, Noise aims to sustain its momentum and potentially reach new milestones in production in the future.

India, as a nation, continues to reap substantial benefits from the increased production of made-in-India goods. The country has seen growth in manufacturing capacity and has effectively utilized its large population to drive economic progress. Supported by favourable policies, incentives, and a relatively affordable labour force, India is well-positioned to continue its ascent as a manufacturing powerhouse.
